Chapter 99

Third POV

Charlus had been in Tom's office with Abraxas and Tom waiting for the Aurors and the Pettigrew's and Lupin's. James had burst into his physical defense class, thankfully his fast reflexes prevented him from getting hit and had whispered, "Remus and Peter did knocked over a lot of bookshelves onto Sirius, he's dead right now," immediately I dismissed the class and walked into my office to call for the Aurors as an announcement was made for Narcissa, Andromeda, Lucius, and Rabastan to come to the infirmary.

When Charlus had immediately seen the damage to Sirius, he went with Tom and Abraxas to meet with the incoming Aurors. His second in command waited with him as the Pettigrew's and Lupin's arrived, startled seeing their son's knocked out. Charlus had also made a separate report of the Lyall Lupin and his experiments on werewolf children. The Ministry wasn't against creatures, they were accepted but people like Albus made it harder for them to fit in, they were starting to merged back with the magical community after seeing people like the Mikaelson's live peacefully around them.

"What is going on?!" Mr. Pettigrew shrieked.

"Do we have permission?" Tom asked the second head Auror since Charlus was directly involved, the Auror nodded and the two sets of parents watched as Remus and Peter were woken up and had a spell put on them, "You will not be able to tell a lie, you do, you get shocked," Tom explained. Remus and his parents were surprised, this was how Lyall would torture the pups he takes, just worse.

"Did you attack and majorly injure Heir Sirius Orion Black III?" the Auror asked.

"No!" they both said and immediately yelped in pain from the shock.

"Yes!" they immediately changed their answers. Tom almost scoffed, the wimps couldn't deal with the pain.

"Do you have a reason for doing what you did?"

"No!" they both answered; no shock.

"What was your intent?"

"He wasn't talking to us, we didn't like it," was all Peter said, Remus nodded in agreement, "We didn't hurt him that bad," he said.

"I'm sure it was just rough housing," Hope Lupin said.

"Rough-housing?! Let's just all take a walk down to the infirmary to see what exactly they did, actually let's stop by the library, the blood should have just been cleaned up," Tom said. Another Auror walked in with a camera, for evidence, as they walked up to the library where some people had been cleaning up the blood and saw the pile of destroyed bookshelves off to the side, Eileen would've been in there but she had to be there for her friends and son who was a bit freaked out from the situation. "All this had been piled on him," Abraxas had motioned to all the wrecked furniture.

They walked to the infirmary, the Lupin's not knowing that both the Aurors and Fenrir Greyback were currently at their House. They had barely any protections, being caught off guard about being called to the school and not setting up the wards. They were mostly Werewolf wards and protections but the wizards took those down so Fenrir was able to come in and had sniffed out the pups. He immediately took off into the basement, the others following at a cautious pace, they knew enough about werewolves that if the Alpha finds injured pups, they will act as the parents/guardians and become protective.

Back at Hogwarts, the group walked into the infirmary, Remus and Peter surprised by the amount of people there for Sirius. They had gotten the impression he wasn't close with many from how quiet and withdrawn they saw him appear sometimes. So too see a concerned man who looked almost exactly like an older version of Sirius, and a sobbing woman holding two sobbing children, told them otherwise. So did the presence of James Potter with two younger girls, Lily and Crowley Slytherin-Gaunt and two younger children, Andromeda and Narcissa Black, Lucius and Pandora Malfoy, Rabastan Lestrange, and all their parents. Sirius had been laying there looking dead (he was, they just didn't know it yet, he was actually talking to his siblings and mother), he was pale with barely any color on his face (or it could've been that he inherited his mother's skin tone), and he laid very still, his cuts and bruises all on display, standing out against the pale skin.

"Now,you two are going to be suspended for two months, good luck getting caught up,"Tom said. "When you come back, if you do anything to anybody of this group, orto anybody else, you two will be charged, and we will add on attempted murderfrom this situation. You will not win because you will have the Houses ofPeverell, Ravenclaw, and Black, immediately against you. Following the wholeHouse of Peverell, which is about everyone in this room, you would have to addon the Houses of Malfoy, Hufflepuff, Potter, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Gaunt,Prince, Prewett, and Lestrange. So I would suggest you behave when you comeback," Tom told the paling group of six. Just then another Auror came in andhanded a paper to Charlus, "Oh, well look at this Lyall Lupin, you are underarrest for the kidnapping, torture, and experimentation on at least seven werewolfpups, and the murder of at least three," he said and magic restricting cuffswere put on Lyall as he was dragged out. "Now leave," Tom said to the rest ofthem. The Aurors had also left and Luna went and took the glamour down that wasSirius to reveal that he was in fact healing, his cuts had been closing up andhis bruises were quickly fading. Myrtle and Luna had checked if his head wasstarting to heal and his neck was lined up again. Bellatrix and Rodolphus hadalso come as soon as they could, they had actually gone with the Aurors andFenrir to find the pups.
