Chapter 70

Charlus POV

Dorea and I were woken up by an elf who was urgently trying to wake us up, "Master! Mistress! Master James has woken up and will not stop crying!" that got us both up and rushing to our son's room. Prongs had been pacing outside worried for his human as Dorea picked him up and they heard, "Dawia," come from him. We were also startled when James screamed and looked away from the green stuffed animal in his room, we looked at the toy before Dorea had an idea, "James did you see a bright green light?"

When James nodded we both were saddened knowing exactly what he saw, "Was it similar to Dahlia's eye color and Orion's flames?" James didn't know how to answer.

"Okay was it like Dahlia's eye color but meaner?" I asked. While Dahlia's eyes were the same shade as the Killing Curse, her eyes were more friendly and peaceful, unless you pissed her off of course. James nodded, "But it was a light and mean and not like Orion's cool and vengeful flames?" I questioned again resulting in another nod from the one year old. All the kids thought mine and Orion's flames were really cool. "Did you see Tom?" James had made a motion of saying yes and no, "So you saw Tom but it didn't seem like Tom," James nodded again. "Dawlia," he again muttered before the sniffles started again. "He wantssssss to sssssseeeee Dahlia," Prongs had turned into a snake and told me and James had nodded.

I walked out if the room with Prongs following, "He saw his death didn't he?" Prongs nodded. "And that's why he wants to see Dahlia?" Prongs nodded again. I pulled out the mirror and called, "Orion Black," he would be the one up probably. He answered and so I asked, "Is Dahlia with you? We have a bit of a situation and we need Dahlia," Orion frowned and turned to look beside him and shakes his wife awake.

When Dahlia grabbed the mirror, I spoke again, "James had a nightmare and he was rather hysterical and congratulations you're his first word by the way, he kept saying your name and had screamed when he saw a stuffed animal that one of the twins had used accidental magic on and it turned Killing Curse green. We all, including Prongs, think he saw his own death, and wants you there. And before you say anything, he does like your eyes because they are friendly and peaceful, and he likes Orion's flames the same as everybody else. So can you please come here," Dahlia nodded and handed the mirror back to Orion as she quickly got dressed. Soon Orion said, "She just left the room," and I turned on our floo system. While we can apparate into each other's houses we try not to at night so we don't wake anybody. A minute later, Dahlia was in our sitting room. I brought her up to James' room, to find Dorea holding James who had begun crying again. "Dahlia," Dorea sighed in relief. James' head snapped up as fast as he could possibly move his head and made grabby hands towards her. He snuggled up to Dahlia's neck and latched onto her like a lifeline and cried again.

After a half hour of rocking in the chair Dahlia had now been sitting in, reassuring James that she was alright, James finally went back to sleep, although James didn't let go of her robes. She took them off since she didn't have anything revealing on underneath and wrapped it around James and left. I could tell she was hoping this wouldn't happen with Regulus and Sirius, that they see their own deaths. The twins had seen there's and one was thinking about it when we were watching them and a stuffed animal had turned that color.

Dahlia POV

Orion and I were walking with our daughters in Diagon Alley to get Bellatrix's supplies. We had gotten her robes ordered and gotten her books, but when we were headed to Knockturn Alley, we spotted Lady Lestrange and her children. I will admit she was definitely looking better, Bellatrix had pulled on my sleeve, "The brother's eyes look older like they recognize us," my eyes widened, "When you get to Hogwarts figure it out with Rodolphus and we'll figure out something for Rabastan if it's true," I told her, she nodded. We silently greeted the Lestrange's and we knew she knew Orion killed her husband as he wasn't exactly hiding that detail. When we pulled into the wand shop, the shop owner looked happy to see us. She was a hidden seer like Luna and willingly sworn to secrecy to not reveal anything about the Peverell's except vague information. I had Bellatrix pull out the thestral hair that was willingly given to her and some blood from Onyx to be used in her wand. We sat and had ice cream for a little bit after Bellatrix picked up her robes, Fortescue had a small little girl running around that Bellatrix was looking at sadly. That must be Alice. "You know you weren't in your right mind when it happened and from what I understand Alice is very forgivable," Orion said quietly. We knew ahead of time we would have to keep reminding her of things like that just like we did with Tom.

We waved Bellatrix off from the train, even Sirius did who then went back to covering his ears and hiding from the ghosts, Regulus was just fussy. We apparated to Hogwarts, let the boys throw up, and got our plans ready and walked down to the Great Hall, we left the boys with the girls since they knew how to watch them, the Potter's, Slytherin-Gaunts, and Malfoy's also dropped off their children. We told Narcissa, Andromeda, and Lucius, if it gets too much call one of the Mikaelson's or di Angelo's to help. Which yep, when we came back to find Elijah and Niklaus there. Niklaus was holding Pandora as she slept and the others were silently playing as others had been sleeping.

After hearing the annual, "PEEVES," from Tom, and the shared smirk between Orion and I, Tom walked in covered in pink and lavender spots along with flour. Towards the middle I made eye contact with Bellatrix and she had nodded as Rodolphus was staying close to her. Orion and the other's had seen it too and we had decided that since Bellatrix can get into the Heir rooms, she would invite Rodolphus in (to go to the boys side of course) and explain it to him.

Both Bellatrix and Rodolphus were in Slytherin like before, and Rodolphus had been given the explanation about what happened. He was still hesitant around Tom and Nagini which Bellatrix had told him, they will understand, Tom (since Nagini hadn't been around yet) had taken his time with her and kept his distance until she was comfortable with him, and that the couple had done it with Lucius too. Rodolphus had also tracked down Luna and I and hugged us tightly and thanking us for the changes we made.

Siriusthat night had woken up crying, he was shivering so badly and complained theroom was too bright, so we dimmed the lights down a lot, (Orion and I had nightvision) and after the words "Bright", "Bella", and "Pain" came out, we knewthat just like James, he had seen his death. Eileen a couple weeks ago said shewas pretty sure Severus saw his as he flinched when he saw Naga wonderingaround. We got a small pain reliever for Sirius, "Bellatrix not Bella," he saidsleepily as the pain reliever mixed with the new warm blanket made him verysleepy, we were relieved knowing he still knew that Bella wasn't thatBellatrix.
