Yamaguchi was sitting alone on a tree, crying.

"Uh Tadashi... why are you crying?"

The taller looked up and saw Shoyo, who was standing on the branch they were sitting on.

"When did you g-get here?"

"Just now, are you okay?"

He sniffled, wiping their tears "No. Tsukki and Kageyama are dating. I told myself I wouldn't get jealous... but I am..."

That broke Hinata's heart.

Not just because of the fact Yamaguchi was heartbroken because of that.

He was too.

"W-What?-"

Tadashi sobbed "I don't know what to do. If I see Tsukki again then I'll start crying! I know I will!"

Hinata sigjed "Do you want some quiet time right now?"

They shrugged.

Shoyo grabbed his hand gently and let them lean on him.

It was quiet and calming, both of them sat there in silence.

"Hinata... if I said I also liked you... would you hate me?"

"N-No! I would never hate you!"

Yamaguchi smiled "Alright then... I like you. Like more than a friend"

"Me too..."

"Really?"

Shoyo nodded.

Tadashi wiped his tears "We can go now..."

Both of them climbed down the tree.

"We should go find Koushi and Kuroo" Hinata said.

"Oh... they were here?"

Shoyo nodded "Yeah but Koushi sent me to talk to you alone"

While they were walking to find the two they started hearing talking.

"Hey, uh.. Ray?"

Hinata froze.

Maybe this wasn't a good time.

Yamaguchi blinked in confusion.

*Skip through the whole Norray confession thing bc I'm tired (yes they were there for all of it)*

"Awe so now I'm gonna be more of a third wheel!" Shoyo pouted as he walked up to the two, Tadashi somewhere behind him.

"How much did you hear!?"

"Enough. Also Tadashi is here... and he um heard you two call each other by your... real names..."

Their eyes widened.

"Shit..." Kuroo muttered.

Yamaguchi blinked "I'm confused but I won't tell anyone I guess... I'm not sure what I can't tell but I won't"

Suga groaned "And I thought today would be a good day"

The rooster rip-off shrugged "I gave up on thinking days would be good when I was 6"

"How positive" Koushi said sarcastically.

Yamaguchi sighed "I'm going inside, I'm assuming you three are staying out here?"

They nodded.

"Alright bye Shoyo" they smiled at him, who smiled back and he walked away.

"Sooo~ you two are dating now, eh?~"

"Yup have fun third wheeling"
