Glory's POV

The three of us got to starlight's old village, and it looks cute

"There it is, the town where you-"

"Magically stole every ponies cutie marks, replaced them with equal signs and forced them to hide their natural talents, yes."

'I'm sorry what? Did she actually do that, why did no one say anything?!'

I shifted my pony form

"I was going to say where you came from but yours is a more emotionally traumatic answer."

Starlight sighed "I just want to blend in be another pony in the crowd enjoying the sunset festival with my friends." "Sounds good to me and if things get too weird for you, just let me know, I've got Your flank." Starlight smiled "Is that a promise?" "Not just any promise a great and powerful promise!" Trixie threw a smoke bomb on the ground, we all coughed and waved to smoke away "well I couldn't ask for more than that, if we're going to do this let's do it."

We walked closer to the town while leaving the wagon behind. As we entered we caught the attention of two ponies hanging a banner up

"Oh! Starlight! You came!" Starlight let out a nervous laugh.

"We were worried you wouldn't be able to make it, are you staying the entire week? We have different events plan for each day."

Another pony chimed in
"how is it living in a castle?"
"It is so good to see you."
"Oh yeah, these ponies are terrifying." Trixie joked "It's good to see all of you too." "You got here just in time we were having some debate on these banners."

Two pegasi lifted one banner well another pegasus lifted up one
"Which one do you think is more sunset-y?" "Oh you don't need me to decide that for you, whichever you feel is probably best." "Um well, how about helping us with the routes for the relay race tomorrow, can you take a look." "Oh, I-I shouldn't, you all go ahead, I just want to enjoy the festival. "But you will be a judge for the baking competition, right?"

Starlight looked uneasy, this continued but I wasn't paying attention, "how many bits for the cupcake?" "Oh, it's three bits." "Oh okay, I'll take three please." "Okay, that'll be nine bits please." I gave the colt nine bits and he gave me three cupcakes, "hey, are you single?" "Um ..yea why do you ask?"

"Do you maybe want to go out some time with me?" "O-oh well I'm flattered but I-I'm not really looking for a relationship." "Oh, well when you are ready just let me know." Just then there was a flash of magic and another colt was thrown into him.

I took the box of cupcakes and looked at starlight, who was shaking and hiding in her hoofs "Great and powerful Trixie, Would you like to thank you all for being such an amazing audience, sadly it is time for us to depart, good night fillies and gentle colts." Trixie threw another smoke bomb and I teleported us at the edge of town, we ran for it with starlight under Trixie's cap and me holding the box's strap in my mouth.

We got to the wagon really quickly as paused for a breather, "I got you two cupcakes, I didn't know what flavor you two like so you two can have the first pick." Starlight and Trixie looked at me. "How'd you get the bits them?" I shifted back to my original form "I'm a draconaquus like Discord, but unlike him, my magic isn't that great sense I had no one to teach me how to control it."
