~~~~~~~~~~Glory's POV~~~~~~~~~~~~
As we made our why out the forest, the more the sun's light pierce through the trees' canopy, 'why haven't I gone down this way before? It's so beautiful.' I thought
As the end of the forest can nearer, the more nervous I got. 'Oh...... That's why.' I answered myself. "Everyponys' going to love you Glory, you have nothing to worry about !" Sweetie belle said with excitement, almost like she sensed my nervousness,
I felt most of my worry vanish into nothing, key word 'most' of it anyway. I gave her a soft smiled as a thank you and she gave her closed-eye smile.
As we exited the forest, sunlight poured everywhere, sharing it light and warmth with every living thing, it was beautiful, just as beautiful as it was at night.
"So Glory, where do you want to go first, meet twilight and the others or, go to see your old friends you haven't seen in a while?" Scootaloo asked me "I could meet Twilight and the others, if it's alright with you." I answered
"Oh my darling, your almost as shy as fluttershy." Rarity said "If not almost more nervous." Rainbow dash said "are ya sure ya wanna meet everypony? Ya don't have ta if ya an't ready." Applejack said "No no, It's fine, I need to work on my social skills anyway, plus it would be good to make more friends." I said
(Wow, I just called myself out, Oof) (ಥ‿ಥ)
"Well darling, if you're sure, Rainbow darling could you be a dear and go ahead of us to tell Twilight, Pinkie and Fluttershy to meet us all at sugar cube corners?" Rarity asked Rainbow Dash. "Yeah, sure see you there!" As she took off, leaving to do just that. "Sugar.. cube.. corner?" I asked, now unsure of where we're going.
"Oh darling, it's nothing to worry about, it's just the town bakery that the cake family owns."
Rarity said in a reassuring tone. "Ah okay." I said still unsure if this was a good idea, well no turning back now, as the begining of town started to come in view.
As we entered Ponyville, I felt eyes on me, my ears went back as I went in between Applejack and Rarity to hide from the onlookers, 'I'm glad this pony form is smaller than what I actually am, because hiding between them is easier.'
"You alright sugar cube?" Applejack asked 'oh no, they did notice' I thought "Y-yeah, just not a fan of being the center of attention." I replied trying to get rid of this worry that formed bigger than before.
"Well darling, we're almost there, see it's right over there." Rarity said as she pointed a hoof over to a building that looked straight out of a candy wonderland "woah." was the only word the came out of my mouth as my eyes widened at the sight of the shop.
"Hey, what took you guys so long?" Rainbow dash asked while flying overhead "Rainbow darling, we're not as fast as you are, plus Glory started to get nervous as we entered town and rushing could have made it worse." Rarity replied "Well I got them all here, all we have to do is go inside. You ready Glory?" Rainbow dash asked me
"Yes!" I replied with determination in my voice with a big smile on my face. "Alright sugar cube, do ya want us to go first?" Applejack asked "...yes please." I replied in a cautious tone "OH MY GOSH, HI!" a excited voice yelled pulling me in the building in front of three other mares, causing me to jump a bit and yelp "um..h-hi?" I say back, but quietly 'well, that plan failed' I thought 'just don't panic
"I'M PINKIE PIE, YOU MUST BE NEW HERE! WHAT'S YOUR NAME!?" Pinkie asked "O-oh I'm G-glory." I answered "*loud gasp* You must be the other
draconaquus the CMC's always talk about!" ' Nevermind! Panic! Panic!' "Y-yeah, that's me.." I replied, still in a quiet voice.
"WELCOME PARTY!!" as she darted into another room, a pegasus with a light pink hair and a yellow coat approached me "um..hello, I'm Fluttershy. It's nice to meet you, but why are you in a pony form, n-not that I'm j-judging or anything!" She said in a panic at the last part. "O-oh I didn't w-want to frighten any pony with m-my appearance." I answered
"Oh, well I-" fluttershy started but was interupted by a big BOOM! I jumped and squeaked at the same time then hid under a table with my tail poking out from the large unexpected sound "Oh Sorry, didn't want to scary you." Pinkie pie apologized, rubbing the back of her neck with her hoof on top of what looks like a canon.
I noticed that the light purple coated mare had wings as well as a horn. "U-um h-hi." I said with noticable nervousness laced in my voice, she gave me a soft smile as she walked over to me.
"Hi, I'm Twilight Sparkle, Princess of friendship, it's nice to meet you, Glory." Twilight said "You're the element of magic, right?" I asked as her cutie mark and element were quite similar.
Her eyes widened a bit after I said that "yes, I am, how do you now about the elements of harmony?" She responded. my ears went down as I told her that I knew Princess Celestia and luna before nightmare moon came to be and told her that they were better in the safety of their possession.
"You're friends with the Princesses?" She asked, the look on her face shifted into a look of realization. "Than that means you're the friend that vanished without a trace! Spike! Get a quill and parchment ready!"
"Why? Might I ask." A small purple dragon with lime green accent spikes along his back and head. "Because the princesses lost friend found her way back home to them!" Twilight answered leaving me very confused as to what is happening "huh?" Was all I could muster.
