Izuku Midoriya

Shape shift, You are able to shape shift into any living thing or person (plants included) you set your mind to as long as you know what it/they look like.
Drawbacks: if you stay in your form too long you could get bad headaches and/or when you turn back you will act like the person/thing for the rest of the day

Shouto Todoroki

Weather manipulation, same as your dad's original quirk. It allows you to control and manipulate the weather itself. As a result, you can create deadly thunderstorms that can struck down lightning, creating massive collateral damage. (I didn't make this up myself)
Drawbacks: if used too long it will cause your arms and the tips of your fingers to go numb

Eijiro Kirishima

Liquid manipulation, You are able to manipulate any liquid up to a 14 mile meters radius
Drawbacks: well I don't think this counts as a drawback but you have to stay completely hydrated or else you won't be able to manipulate any liquid.

Denki Kaminari

Angel. You have White wings that you are able to mold into your back, you are able to detach and harden your feathers and can produce a image into your feathers if you want to.
Drawbacks: when you keep your wings molded into your back too long it will cause your back to ache.

Katsuki Bakugou

Crystal weapon and Foresight. Crystal weapon is just what it sounds like, you are able to make weapons and armor out of your crystals and Foresight is just the same as your father's but for 2 hours.
Drawbacks: For Crystal your forearms become very sore and foresight when you go to sleep you see bad memories of the person you used your quirk on but when you wake up you instantly forget

Tamaki Amajiki

illusions. You are able to make illusion of anything you can think of and when you create them your pupils will be the same shape.
Drawbacks: there is a limit to how long they stay.

Hanta Sero

Quirkless

Keigo Takami

Blue lava. You are able to control and produce blue lava, although you hate your using your quirk, whenever you get angry or upset it activates on its own. Also if you were to use it, wherever you put it after it's gone it will leave fire behind. And you are also strong without use of your quirk.
Drawbacks: When you need it you aren't able to get touch related comfort.

Hitoshi Shinsou

Intelligence. basically you are extremely smart
Drawbacks:None

Shouta Aizawa

Telekinesis, Kinda the same as your mother's but you are able to lift much heavier things.
Drawbacks: The more you lift the more energy you lose plus you get sick if you go way over your limit.
