"George. You know I'm not loving this new friendship right? Clay has treated you like trash for as-long as we can remember. Just because you may have a little crush on him doesn't mean he actually gives a crap." Karl said while placing his hand on his friends shoulder

This kinda hurt George to hear. Maybe Karl was right? Clay had been horrible to George since they first met. Why is he suddenly caring about George?

"I'm going to class." George said as he walked off, mad.
'Maybe I went too far...' Karl thought to himself as he looked down at the floor.

Lunchtime.
George sat somewhere else today. He found another table on his own, he needed a little break from Karl after his outburst. It kinda scared George a little.

And then George remembered Clay telling George to text him about the kiss they shared last night.

GeorgeNotFound
Hey Clay.

George typed out. As he waited for a reply, anxiously, he began eating his lunch. First he ate an apple out of his lunchbox. Then he ate a crep. And then, before he knew it, George's phone pinged.

Dream
Hey. Let's meet up 2 talk? About last night?

George read the message and went bright red. Why did Clay want to talk about it? George just expected Clay to want to forget about it. Maybe George was wrong?

GeorgeNotFound
Yh ig. Where?

George typed out nervously. He then stood up and began packing away his lunch. Since, he was going to meet Clay somewhere, he might as-well get ready ASAP.

Dream
Rooftop. 5 mins.

Done. They had arranged a meet up. Of course, George was hella nervous since the last time these two met up, they ended up kissing. But George knew, this meet-up had to be done.

At The Rooftop.
George climbed up the ladder, leading to the rooftop. George rarely went up to the roof, but when he did he loved it. The terrace was so big and there was so much empty space to do whatever you want. Dance, run, lie down and have a think. And there was always a calming breeze which came from the West.

At first, George couldn't see Clay so he walked around some more. Then, when George turned the corner, his eyes met with the blonde male.

"Hey.." George said awkwardly while he walked over to Clay.
"Hi." Clay replied with a smile as he leaned against the brick wall.
"So uh..." George didn't exactly know what to say. He didn't know how Clay felt about all his. Which made George feel uneasy.
"About last night..." Clay began, suddenly looking less confident. "It was good. I liked it."

George was shocked. A sigh of relief flooded his body. "You did..?" George asked, just to make sure.
"Yeah." Clay replied, smiling. "I wouldn't mind doing it again." Clay flirted with a smirk as he took a step closer to George. And then another step, and another step...

Now, their faces were inches apart.
"Clay. Back up, please.." George whispered gently. Clay backed up, confused.
"Listen I'm sorry. I know you're the type of person who goes out and has one night stands and doesn't give a shit. But I'm not. A kiss means a lot to me so I can't keep doing this with you. I actually care when I do this and you don't. And that's fine, I'm not saying you have to change at all, all I'm saying is... me and you can't keep doing this." George said while looking down at the floor, awkwardly.

"No no, George. Yes I did used to kiss and hookup with everyone I saw, but you're different. I don't know why you're making me feel this way. I don't know why you're different, I mean.. You're a fucking nerd for gods sake." Clay replied.
"C-Clay!" George yelled while giggling.

"kidding. I'm joking." Clay laughed. "But I do actually like you. You're not like the other ones."
"Maybe that's just because I'm a boy, Clay." George shrugged while trying not to blush.

Clay was done talking about this. He kissed George gently and pinned him against the wall. George didn't resist. He kissed Clay back, and he fucking enjoyed it.

Well... He enjoyed it until it was interrupted. By KARL?!
"George?" Karl said while standing there and staring at the two other males. George was still pinned against the wall. The two of them look at Karl in shock.

'No no no... what is he doing here?!' George thought to himself.

George pushed Clay away and began running up to Karl. "Karl I can explain..." George began. "I like him. I can't help it Karl. And I get that you don't like him. But you're my best friend and I hope that you can learn to get along with him."

"GEORGE?! You're being a stupid! Come on Clay, tell us. How many girls have you hooked up with this week?" Karl questioned Clay furiously.
"I- uh-..." Clay didn't know how to answer.
"SEE?! He's a fucking player, George. He doesn't care about you, he just wants to get into your pants!" Karl facepalmed.

George didn't say anything. He looked at Karl, and then Clay. Neither of them said anything else.
"As my best friend Karl, I thought you'd understand." George said with no facial expression.
"AS YOUR BEST FRIEND IM LOOKING OUT FOR YOU! When you told me you liked him yesterday I thought you were joking!" Karl yelled at George.
"Stop yelling at him. Yes you're his best-friend but that doesn't mean you can decided who he likes. Fuck off bro, you're being an asshole." Clay argued as he held George's hand and stood in front of him.

George blushed at the sight of Clay protecting him. Just like he did this morning at the gates as-well. Maybe Clay did care about George...
