'What. The. Fuck.' George thought to himself. Just YESTERDAY Clay was making fun of George and embarrassing him in-front of the whole school, and now he was flirting with him?! And why was George blushing? He couldn't possibly have feelings for Clay. That'd be insane.

After that awkward encounter, George didn't know what to think. It was now lunchtime and him and Karl were sitting in their usual seats in the cafeteria. Although, Karl could tell George's mind was clearly somewhere else.

"Georgeeee. You alright?" Karl asked while poking his friend with his fork.
"Huh?" George was snapped back into reality when Karl asked this. "I'm fine Karl. Just thinking about something."
"Something?" Karl thought of all the possible things his friend could be thinking about, and one think particularly stood out. "Or someone?"

George wasn't out of the closet yet, so nobody really knew that George was Bisexual. Including Karl.
"Listen Karl— yes... maybe i am thinking about someone. But you should know something..." George was debating whether to tell Karl then and there. And he decided to. "I'm bisexual, alright?!" He said while going red. "Duh." Karl shrugged while balancing his chair on two legs.

"Huh? What do you mean 'duh' this is a serious topic!" George said.
"George. Georgie. I am your best friend. You seriously think I wouldn't know that your into guys?" Karl laughed.

"H-Huh? You knew? Why didn't you say anything?" George asked.
"I figured that you'd talk about it when you're ready. I didn't want to push you into saying something you're not ready for." Karl smiled at his friend.
"Karl... thank you." George smiled.
"Sooooo... Is it a guy?" Karl snooped while giggling.

"Ugh. If you MUST know, yes it's a guy." George rolled his eyes.
"It better not be me." Karl winked sarcastically.
"Ew! I've known you since we were in diapers!" George laughed.
"Well who is it then?" Karl asked.

George looked over at Clay, who was sitting on the opposite side of the cafeteria with some other people who were smoking, but he didn't say anything. Karl followed George's eyes and saw who it was...

"O M G !" Karl screamed as he jumped up from his chair. "CLAY?"
"KARL SHUT THE HELL UP, YOU FUCKING GREMLIN!" George yelled, embarrassed. He was almost certain Clay must've heard that. Shit.

And of course, Clay had started walking over to their table. "I heard my name?" He spoke while looking at Karl and then George.
"Yess I said it! So, technically—" Karl said while staring at Clay and smiling.
"Nothing! Nothing, sorry." George quickly interrupted.

"What?" Clay asked, confused.
"Yeah, nothing. Sorry, you can go back to your smoker friends." Karl said as he stiffled a laugh at George's relieved facial expression.

"Okay... I'm out." Clay said while he turned his body round. He gave George a quick wink before walking back to his table.
"WAS THAT A WINK I JUST SAW?!" Karl giggling excitedly.
"KARL CHILL!" George said while trying to calm his friend down, but he too was blushing frantically.

"GEORGE! You didn't tell me the feelings were mutual!" Karl laughed.
"W-What?! No, no Karl they aren't you idiot! Clay was just joking!" George said while throwing his head on the table.
"Sure." Karl giggled and stood up. The bell was going to go soon, which meant that the next set of classes were going to start soon. George began putting all his wrappers and leftover food into his bag and zipped it up, and Karl did the same.

"What class you got next?" Karl asked George as they both began walking though one of the many hallways.
"Philosophy." George answered with an eye roll.
"Sucks to be you! I have PE, my FAVOURITE!" Karl exclaimed.
"Whatever. My class is right about that corner. So I'm gonna go that way. See you later Karl." George waved goodbye to his friend and then walked up to the classroom door.

George knocked on the door and waited for permission to enter.
"Come in." Said Mr Khalilson.
George hated Mr Khalilson this was his least favourite lesson and his least favourite teacher.
"George. The usual seats have been moved. Go find the seat with your surname on, that will be your new spot for the rest of the semester." Mr Khalilson said while pointing at all the chairs. Most of the chairs were already taken since the bell rang a few minutes ago.

George walked around the classroom and finally found the seat with his surname on. The seat next to him had nobody sitting in. So George checked what the surname was since he wanted to know if he knew the person he was going to be sitting with for the next few months.

George read the name on the sticky note 'Greensdale'. George didn't know anyone with that surname. So it was going to be a surprise.

The class wasn't going to start for a few minutes while all the other students still hadn't arrived yet. In the meantime Mr Khalilson ordered the students to read their own reading books. George reached into his bag, looking for his reading book.

He grabbed the book and took it out his bag and when he turned back round to see someone sitting in the seat next to him.
"Clay?!"
