Bakugou's POV:I looked at Kirishima, knowing I could tell him, but I still couldn't help but question myself.
"Um, well... it's kinda hard to explain."
I said, not able to look him in the eyes.
"That's okay, take your time."
He looked at me reassuringly.
I sighed, knowing I would have to spit it out eventually.
"Okay so... Have you heard of something called tourettes syndrome?"
As I was saying that I ended up ticking, chucking my phone in the process... again.
He looked at me, understanding spreading throughout his face.
"So that's what's been going on."
It was said so softly, I could have imagined it.
I scratched the back of my neck.
"Yeah... I didn't want to tell anyone."
"Why not?"
He was giving me a questioning look.
"Well... I just... I don't control these things, so I guess it's just easier to act like an asshole, rather than admitting that I'm not in control."
"I see... is there a reason you need to feel in control?"
"I don't know. Wait stop acting like Deku, you're not a therapist."
He laughed at that.
"And Deku is?"
"Well no, but he likes to act like one."
Kirishima was wiping tears out of his eyes at this point, probably from laughing so much.
He looked at me, a more serious look on his face.
"So all those times you hit things, people, etc... were those tics?"
I nodded.
"Yeah... the hitting, the shoving, the yelling in the middle of class, the random curse words out of nowhere... all tics."
He smiled at me.
"You know, everyone probably wouldn't be mad at you for shoving their lunch trays off the table if they knew..."
"No."
"Why not?"
"I just... can't."
He sighed.
"Alright, but remember they're your friends, they would understand. So whenever you're ready to tell them I guarantee that they would be understanding."
I nodded.
"I guess so..."
"Hey, let's go find something to eat."
He said, nudging my shoulder a bit.
I sigh, picking up my previously chucked phone from the ground.
"Sure, why not?"
He smiled, opening the door for me.
"What a gentleman."
I said sarcastically.
"I am arnt I?"
His smile even bigger, and showing his pointy teeth.
"Whatever."
I said, finally walking through the door that was opened for me.
Kirishima's POV:
I followed Bakugou out, and we proceeded to walk down stairs to get some food.
I was happy he ended up telling me about this. I wish he had told me sooner, I felt kinda bad for getting after him at lunch earlier. But this is Bakugou we're talking about, I'm lucky I was told at all.
When we got to the kitchen not a lot of people were there. I mean we passed a few people in the commons, but that's pretty much it.The only other person in the kitchen at the moment was Sato.
"Hey man."
I said walking toward the fridge.
We talked for a little bit before Bakugou spoke up.
I'm still hungry shitty hair.
I looked over at him smiling.
Sorry bro, I got distracted.
"If you guys are hungry I made muffins."
Sato said holding out two muffins, one for each of us.
"Really? Thanks!"
I grabbed one of them.
Bakugou took the other one.
"Thanks."
He said, biting into the warm muffin.
Sato looked surprised at the gratitude from the usually angry blonde.
Bakugou turned to me.
"At least someone understands what hungry means. I thought you were a gentleman."
I laughed, we were finally getting somewhere.
