Bakugou's POV:
I woke up in a tangle of limbs, unsure of how to get up. After a bit of struggling, I was able to free myself of that affection prison.
I headed down stairs for breakfast, leaving those losers asleep in my room.
It was Saturday so I didn't bother waking them up.The kitchen was empty, meaning I had it completely to myself... or that's what I thought at least.
"Hey Kachan!"
Deku greeted cheerfully, as I was grabbing my breakfast.
I moved my hand quickly, like almost a wave as I continued what I was doing. I was way too tired to talk.
My tics had other plans of course.
"FUCK OFF!!!"
Deku gave me a look of confusion. Understandable, being that I kinda waved at him and now I was telling him to fuck off.
Deku sighed, grabbing himself some food.
"You know Kachan... you really confuse me sometimes..."
I wanted to tell him about... it... but I wasn't sure how. How do you tell the person who thinks that you hate them, that you in fact do not hate them?
"Are you alright?"
Deku asked, concern clear on his face.
I guess I had been staring into my bowl for a little too long.
"I'm fine Deku!"
I said the last word with a bit more aggression than it really needed.
He nodded his head, but I could tell that he was unconvinced.
I sighed.
"There's just... been a lot on my mind recently."
He sat there for what felt like an eternity, looking at me.
"Kachan... if you ever want to tell me what's on your mind... you know you can."
I nodded, not making eye contact.
We both ate in silence for a while, both just... thinking.
"Hey... Midoria."
He looked up at me shocked. I had actually used his name for once in my life.
I ignored the shocked look, and continued talking.
"You know I don't hate you right? I just... have a short temper."
We sat in silence until he eventually spoke up.
"I know... I just didn't think you'd ever say it..."
I could see the tears at the corners of his eyes, threatening to fall. I wasn't good with emotions, so I was unsure of what to say.
We sat there awkwardly not saying anything for fear of messing up this for once docile conversation.
I was just picking at my food at this point. When Sero walked in.
Sero's POV:
I walked into the kitchen to grab some breakfast. Bakugou and Midoria were just sitting there, not really eating if we're going to be honest. You could practically cut the tension with a knife.
"Hey guys."
I said, while grabbing a granola bar from the cupboard.
"Hey."
Bakugou responded quickly. And Midoria didn't respond at all.
Well this is concerning...
I sat down at the table with them. Neither of them making any effort to look up.
"Alright, what happened?"
I couldn't handle all this tension.
Bakugou's continues picking at his food. And being that, that was one of the things that pissed the explosive blonde off most, I was getting more concerned by the second.
I turned to Midoria.
"What's going on?"
It took him a second to respond, but when he did, you could say I was more than a bit surprised.
"Kachan doesn't hate me..."
I just looked in between them, now understanding the awkwardness in the room.
"Ok... so you don't hate each other. Are we going to just never talk again though?"
Bakugou looked up at.
"I told him to fuck off..."
"Why?"
I asked, already pretty sure why.
"Tic..."
He mumbled.
"Tic?"
Midoria questioned.
I looked at Bakugou, with a look that communicated my desire.
He nodded in response.
I turned back to a very confused Midoria.
"Tourettes."
I could see Midoria putting the pieces together in his brain.
He abruptly turned to Bakugou.
"You didn't mean any of it, did you?"
With a nod from Bakugou, tears started pouring down his face.
"Y-you never m-ment any of i-it..."
Bakugou was clearly uncomfortable with the crying, but stayed anyway.
I'm so happy that they were able to work things out.
