"Merry Christmas!!" You and Asahi walked into your parents house with arms full of gifts.
Your brother and dad flew out to Japan to come and visit for the holiday. Which made you extremely happy. You would have invited Asahi's mom and sister but they didn't celebrate Christmas.
"If it isn't my baby sister and her baby daddy." Your brother poked.
"Stop saying shit like that, he's my boyfriend and father of my baby, show some respect."
Your brother was probably the most bothersome out of everyone when it came to the situation. He refused to act like he was a little excited. All he did was talk shit and poke fun. But deep down he was excited to be an uncle.
"Oh Y/N, come sit down and let your father carry those." You handed the gifts to your dad and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Thanks dad." He hummed and set everything under the tree.
You and Asahi took a seat on the couch and waited for everyone to return to the living room. The food wouldn't be down for another hour or two so you all would just have to socialize for the time being.
"You better have gotten me something Y/N." Micheal mused.
"Don't worry about whether or not I got you something." He sucked his teeth and went back to paying attention to the television.
Eventually your mom called you guys into the kitchen to get ready for dinner. You all washed your hands and finished setting up the table with food. The smell of the many items filled the entire house, making you sigh in satisfaction that your parents threw down in the kitchen.
There was large turkey in the middle of the table surrounded with side dishes that consisted of mac and cheese, greens, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pies, casseroles, and other dishes.
After everyone sat down you joined hands for a prayer. Since he was the newest to the family, your parents allowed Asahi to be the one to cut the turkey.
Once everyone made their plates everyone dug in, especially since you all starved the entire day for this meal.
"Eat eat, uglay ass." You looked up and glared at a snickering Micheal.
"Not today, just eat y'all damn food." You both mumbled a sorry to your mom and continued eating.
"So are you two ready for this baby?" Your dad asked.
You mouth was stuffed with food so you looked at Asahi to answer making him chuckle. "Not yet, we don't have everything built in the nursery so far but, tomorrow we're going to pick a stroller and instal the car seat in my truck."
"That's good I'm glad to hear, if you need help just let us know. And a name?"
Finally swallowing your food you spoke up. "You'll have to wait until he's born."
