Evelyn helps Malia pack a suitcase to stay over with the Weasleys for the rest of the summer. They then walk out to the front of the house, where Remus, Sirius and the twins were waiting for them.
"How long do girls take to get ready?" Fred asks.
"Get use to it boys." Sirius laughs.
"Your Dad, Uncle and I are going to catch that crazy woman. You go have fun. Stick close to the Weasleys. Look after them, there will be a lot of friends of mine there." Evelyn says.
"Purebloods?" Malia says, annoyed.
"Don't get snarky with me. The twins are purebloods." Evelyn reminds.
"Because I'm going to be extra busy, I need you on your best behaviour. No getting in trouble." Evelyn warns.
"Sure Mum." Malia smiles. Evelyn smiles back and places her hand on her daughter's shoulders. Her face then changes, as she starts to pat Malia's body to ensure she wasn't hiding anything.
"Evelyn, surely you trust our dear daughter." Sirius smiles.
"I think you should shut up." Evelyn snaps. Sirius winks at Malia as Remus chuckles, knowing Malia won't stay out of trouble.
"Boys, I think I don't need to be the one to tell you both this. Please look after our girl." Sirius smiles.
"No doubt about it." Fred assures.
"However, I think she will be the one who has to look after us." George confesses, making Remus laugh.
"Yeah, especially with those cool powers of hers." Fred teases.
"Yes. Please keep that a secret. Tell no one else. Malia, not even your boyfriend." Evelyn instructs.
"Cedric is coming, isn't he?" Sirius asks coldly.
"Yes, he is." Malia answers.
"And how are things with the boyfriend?" Sirius asks.
"Perfect, apparently." Remus answers.
"Hmm." Sirius and Evelyn says.
"What?" Malia asks, confused.
"Take it from me Malia. I actually learnt something from your parent's relationship." Remus says bending down to look Malia in the face. "Perfect is boring." Remus smiles, looking at Sirius and Evelyn.
"Goodbye beautiful daughter." Evelyn says kissing her child on the forehead.
"Leah, I will always be here for you. Don't forget to write back." Sirius smiles.
