Just as a heads up, I want you all to know there is an intense kissing scene. NOTHING sexual will be described or implied throughout the entire book. I'm keeping it old school PG-13. The worst there will be is kissing.

We all went straight to sleep when we finished eating. We were tired and the Moore home was comfortable enough  that we all fell asleep easily.

I yawned and sat up from the guest bed that I had slept on. Next to me, Adri was still asleep on the second guest bed. I didn't know if anyone else was awake, so I didn't get up. I just sat there for a few minutes, focusing on my breathing. I closed my eyes and let myself be content.

"You can come out if you want. I can show you where the cereal and bowls and stuff are." I opened my eyes and saw little Selena standing in the doorway wearing a light pink sleeping gown.

"Hey, Selena. I'd like that. How're you this morning?" I asked as I stood up from my bed. I quickly pulled the covers over the bed and made it look nice. We walked into the kitchen and with Selena's help, I made breakfast for us. We sat at the table and she asked a few more questions about me being a fairy. I couldn't help but enjoy the little girl's company. She was so calm and collected while still being a hyper kid. She was also really smart.

"I really like-" she said. Somehow I knew exactly what she was going to say.

"Playing with your dolls. And yes, I'd love to come and play with you," I said, answering the question that was never asked. She didn't notice though, which was good for me. I was freaked out enough without having to explain myself.

"Yay!" She picked up her bowl and drank the milk as quickly as she could. When she was done, she put the bowl in the sink and came to grab my hand. I held her tiny hand and put my bowl in the sink, rinsing it out so the leftover cereal pieces wouldn't stick to the edges. We walked to her room, rather her skipping and me walking.

As soon as we walked inside the pink kingdom, she ran over to a toy box in the corner and pulled out two baby dolls, carefully supporting their heads and setting them on the floor. She then stood up and went to the closet, pulling out a tiny pink baby crib and stroller. She went back to the toy box and pulled out blankets, bottles, diapers, and clothes. I was surprised by how many baby related toys she had. When she'd pulled out everything we were going to play with, she closed the lid of the toy box and gently picked up one of the baby dolls, supporting it's head again.

"Here, hold it's head careful because it could get hurt. Mommy told me." She handed the doll to me and I took it in my hands, holding it just like she wanted me to.

I looked at it and noticed how realistic it looked. The chest, stomach, thighs, and upper arms were made of rubber and filled with water. The lower arms, hands, lower legs, feet, and head were all made of hard plastic, but the liquid filled rubber parts made it feel more real, with fluid movement and realistic weight. The facial features were intricately carved and the fat rolls and wrinkles on the hands and feet looked extremely convincing.

I held the baby doll in the crook of my arm and looked at Sel.

She set her baby down and took out a blanket, unfolded it, laid it on the ground, and set her baby doll on it. I noticed her baby was a water doll too. She wrapped it up in the blanket and handed me one. As I started to wrap up my baby, I heard someone clear their throat behind me. I turned to look at the owner of the deep, throaty growl.

Jace stood behind me and gazed lovingly at the two of us. Humor played in his eyes.

"So, you're already taking care of babies?" He made a tisking noise, "I expected more from you, Eno." I smiled and set down the baby doll.
