14| Stupid fire chicken

Hopes POV

It's been a week since my family has come to stay in mystic falls to get to know Josie better and so far it's going good. My Aunt Bex has been dragging Josie and Lizzie sometimes even Penelope to go shopping for baby things even though  Josie isn't showing yet.  I'm snapped out of my thought when I hear Josie coming into the dorms.

"Hope where are you." She calls out.

"In here babe." She walked into our room her arms filled with bags. "Well I see Aunt Bex went overboard again." I tell her.

"Well not just her it was also me a bit when I saw how cute the clothes were." She said smiling cutely at me. "Oh and your family want dinner today with the whole squad because they are leaving in a few weeks to go back to New Orleans." I nod.

"Okay I'll let everyone know then." I pull her into my arms and give her a kiss. "How are you feeling today."

"I'm fine Hope I'm only a few weeks I haven't even started showing." She tells me.

"I know but I'm kinda excited to meet our kids. I've always wanted to have a lot of them considering my dad had a big family and my mom has no siblings." I tell her.

"I know I was wondering what if we have twins." I look up at her to elaborate. "My mom was a twin and I'm a twin and my aunt and uncle were twins so what if we have more than one kid." She tells me.

"Then that's more children to spoil rotten." She giggles at my words.

"You will not spoil our children like that." She tells me sternly.

"Well I won't we'll at least without you knowing." She smacks my shoulder.

"Ow."

"Don't you dare Hope Andrea Mikaelson." She scolds me.

"Oh full name what did you do this time puppy." Lizzie says walking into our room and laying on our bed.

"Nothing just told Josie how much I will spoil our kid or kids even if she says no." I tell the blonde.

"Yes that's a must." She agrees with me.

"No it is not now I know it's the weekend but have you both finished your homework." We both nod yes letting her know we did in fact do our work. "Ok then well both of you get ready we have dinner with the Mikaelsons later and I don't want to be late." Josie tells us before leaving.

"It's only gonna get worst when your kids are born."

"Yeah but I wouldn't have it any other way." I told the blonde a huge smile on my face thinking of the future with my love.

Dinner with my family was going great right now we are all sitting around sharing stories.

"So girls I know you just got together but what are you planning to do after high school." My aunt Freya asked us.

"Well in order to honor my birth mom I've decided to go to Med school and become a doctor.

"That's wonderful Josie maybe you can intern at the clinic I work at and I can mentor you." Aunt Keelin tells her.

"I would love that." Josie says.

"Me and Kaleb want travel for a while and then maybe work for Dr.S in recruiting as it's the only place we can use our powers.

"That's not entirely true you can always come to New Orleans and work for me." Marcel tells the boy. That get lost in conversation with him as Lizzie talks to my Aunt Bex.

The feeling of family surrounding me fills my heart with love. My heart swells more as Josie leans into me as she continues to talk with my aunts. Out of the corner of my eye I see Pedro playing with baby Nik. Jed is watching them occasionally tickling them both.

It was perfect nothing could go wrong.

My phone rang I answered it seeing it was Dr.S. "Hey Dr.S what's the problem."

"Hope their is no easy way to say this but Landon is Missing." He tells me. I get up excusing myself from the table and walk out to the foyer.

"What happened?"I question him.

"Well I was with Dorian doing round check on all the dorms I dismissed all of the super squad cause you told me where you would be when Rafael told me he hadn't see Landon since this morning when we allowed him to go to classes."

"Locator spell?" I asked.

"Not working meaning he's been cloaked by a witch." He tells me.

"Was it anybody from school?" I asked him.

"According to Emma no. None of the magic signatures showed a spell as powerful as the cloaking spell on Landon."

"We'll be their soon." I hung up the phone before letting out a frustrated sigh. "Stupid fire chicken."
