3RD Person POV

It was Saturday a few days after the giant spider attack and the squad was going to have a relaxing day at the pool however before they could Alaric called Hope to let her know that they found more on the mating bond. So the squad was going to wait while Hope and Josie went to go see Alaric.

- In Alaric's Office- 

Hope: Ok so you called us here because you said you found some more stuff on the bond. What did you find?

Alaric: Well first how about we sit first and then we can tell you.

Alaric went and sat behind his desk and Hope took the other pulling Josie onto her Lap.

Alaric: So before Dorian left he had found an old book on french Wolves in the 16th century and since we haven't found any more recent recording on Mates and their bonds he went back further in time to see if he could find anything on packs who had Alpha's with mate's and so he gave it to me to translate because he felt it would have the information we needed and he was right. I translated the book and it gave me some useful information.

Josie: Well what was in the book

Alaric: Well It gave some of the information we already know like reproductive changes and Alpha's bearing the names of their mates on their body but it also said that in order to ensure a strong lineage from a powerful pair such as mates any curse or magic place on any of the two will be broken and will end with them. It also said that when you complete the mating ritual you will develop each other magical properties.

Josie: So that would mean I would become a Tribrid like Hope and she will get my siphoning.

Alaric: Yes it would.

Hope: Well how is the bond completed. 

Alaric: Uhm, It said that the bond is completed during sex Hope would have to bite you, Josie. It didn't say specifically where but that the wolf will lead you to where you will bear her physical mark.

Hope: Ok is that all that was in there.

Alaric: Well there are a few more things. Hope your wolf since it has now found its mate will go through something called a rut. It's a time of the month that lasts for a few days where your wolf will essentially want to uh.... breed. Josie will go through something called a heat which is similar but it's when her body is telling her it's time for her to be with you in that way.

Josie:( Blushing) Oh ok then what do we do for those times.

Alaric: Well we will need to put Hope in the transition cells during that time. Josie during your heat we will have to find some way to keep you apart. The book did give a few signs that will let us know when you near your heat. It said you will gather materials for your den and you will start letting out pheromones that will attract Hope's wolf and trigger her rut. There are other thing's I haven't gotten around to translating as I felt this was the most important thing to tell you also that Josie herself as well will start to take on a more motherly personality and start taking care of your pack or in this case the super squad as a Luna. Emma and I will start figuring out ways we can keep you both apart safely but we are going to need you both to let us know if you see any of these signs.

Hope: Sure, we actually wanted to talk to Ms.Tig today.

Alaric: What did you want to talk about.

Josie: Pedro, We want to adopt him into the Super Squad as our cub essentially. Lizzie and I have both felt a connection with him and we want him to live with us in the dorm.

Alaric: I think since you're developing these attributes it would be ok as you feel the need to I will call Emma to come here.

Hope: There is one more thing I would like to say. Rafael when I and the squad were gone he tried to approach Josie twice it got to a point where Jed had to interfere. I am an Alpha. By pack law, I can kill him but Josie has asked me not to. She wants him to learn his place to submit.
