I'm not too happy with how this turned out but I don't know what else to write

I hear the door to my apartment open and shut. Soon enough my boyfriend Eddie bursts through my bedroom door with an excited look on his face.

"Y/n guess what?" He says

"What?"

"The bands going on tour! We leave tomorrow night."

"Wait really? That's amazing Eddie!" I get up and hug him

"Yea I'm super stoked. Are you sure you'll be good here all by yourself?"

"Yea I'll be fine." I smile

Eddie and I spent most of the next day cuddling and spending time together before they had to leave. I knew it might be a little hard when he's gone but I'm super happy that he's getting to live his dream.

"It's time for me to go." He says

"Already?"

"Yea. I'll call every chance I get though!" He smiles

"Alright."

He hugs me goodbye, kissing my cheek. I watch as he walks away and into the taxi. I'd miss him.

I wake up the next day, rolling over to a cold empty bed. I sigh, getting up. I make coffee and get ready for the day. I had a few errands to run so I threw on some shoes and walked out of the door.

I walk down the street to the grocery store, getting something to make for dinner. My thoughts immediately went to 'what would Eddie want to eat?' But I soon remembered he was touring.

Later that night I decide to go out to a local bar. I order a jack daniels honey whiskey and sip on it while watching the live band. I didn't think my day would be so different without Eddie.

I get home, sighing. I hear the phone ring and I rush to it.

"Hello?" I say

"Y/n!" I hear Eddie

I immediately smile.
"Eddie! Hi, how was your day?"

"It was good, a lot of people came to the show. How was yours?"

"It was good, I didn't do much."

"Oh well I miss you tons." He says

"I miss you too Ed."

"Love you."

"Love you too." And just like that, he was gone again.

I go out the next day to a coffee shop. I order my drink and wait for them to make it. I stand to the side, patiently waiting.

"Nice rack." I hear

I look over to see a tall man with dark hair. I roll my eyes, trying to ignore him.

"Hey I said nice rack!" He repeats

I roll my eyes again hoping he'd leave me alone.

"Never mind, you're fucking ugly anyways." He says

I sigh, grabbing my coffee and leaving. I start to walk home when I hear someone calling to me. I turn around to see the same man from earlier, quickly walking towards me. He eventually got close.

"Did you not hear me say that to you earlier?"

"I- no." I shakily reply

"That's pretty fucking disrespectful. Wanna go out?"
