Chapter 6

Me: Oh Kirby just swallow me already

Hinata: NARUTO-KUN

Me: Where is my self swallower?

Kirby: Poi Poi Poi Poi Poiyo POIYO! (These people do not own Nintendo or me either)

Me: Hey at least I can still be "cleansed" by Jesus (Terminal Montage Reference)

Jesus: No. You don't own me either

Me: 🚪🏃💨💨💨

Hinata

Hinata was taking a stroll through the trees in the chakra tree yard/orchard. She had sat down and was rolling an apple around in her hand, currently, observed by the guards on the walls of the Hagakure army. She sighed, the security around her had been tightened ten-fold, due to the recent events and information fed by spies that had trekked into the other side and observed what they were doing. So far, Suna was very well protected and currently very aggressive during their attacks towards their country and their comrades. She had been informed that they had done an attack on Kurogakure, aiming to take out and capture Prince Sasuke Uchiha. She did not know much about this "Sasuke Uchiha" figure but according to her father and from Neiji's trips form scouting missions. She smiled and stroked the apple. She hadn't seen Naruto in a long time. She shook herself back into the present and pocketed the apple. She then proceeded to step out of the orchard gates and head back to the comfort and protection of the Land of the Hyuga. While she was walking towards the gates she bumped into Sakura, one of her very good friends.

"Hello Sakura-chan," Hinata said with a smile

"Oh why hello Hinata-chan," Sakura said, stopping in her tracks.

"Where are you heading today?" she asked.

"Just going to grab a bite," Sakura said, starting to walk again.

"Oh, okay," she said with a smile, "bye then!"

"Bye!" Sakura said with a smile. Hinata sighed. She once again was stuck alone. She started walking briskly to the entrance of the Hyuga palace but suddenly got an idea.
"I could go and look at the Pale River of Light!" she thought with a smile. She decided on this after a full minute of thought and headed towards the river. She reached the dock and sad town at the edge, watching as some serpents swam through the water. She sighed. She really wished Naruto was here with her.

"Hi Hinata-chan!" Naruto said, sitting next to her, as of he responded to her desires

"Naruto-kun!" she said happily, a blush growing on her cheeks. She watched as he took out two bowls of actual homemade ramen.
"How did he manage to make them not drip?" she thought. As if reading her mind he smiled.

"I rolled them over," he said, pointing at a cart that was on the top of the dock.

"Ahh..." she said. She took the bowl of ramen and they ate in silence for a bit. She had not realized how hungry she was until she finished the ramen.

"Wow!" Naruto said, setting down his ramen after a few minutes had passed.

"Man that was fast!" he said, "You beat my record!"

"Oh..." Hinata said, "so...what do you want to do?"

Naruto smiled and grabbed her hand.

"Dad is going to let me go with some spies. Wanna come?" he asked.

"Of course," she said. She knew that the security from Konohagakure was very good. After a while they had arrived. They were using fire travel, Hinata's 5th most favourite way of travel. It was magical. It was very warm and recharged you. It was quite rare and usually was only used for royalty or very very rich people. She smiled as they got into the "fire room" after a wait of about 10 seconds, the fire started moving. According to the map, it would take 10 minutes, due to the high altitude needed. As they flew, they surveyed the ground below them. The long, thick RIver of Light was flowing fast today. She watched it as it flowed far into the East side of the world. Suddenly, she thought she saw a black dot appear.
"Naruto-kun!" she said, pointing at the black dot.
"What is that?" he asked, confused. They were interrupted with an announcement that they were passing the far borders of Kurogakure. As the bottom part of the fire pod opened and glass slid in to replace it. They leaned down and pressed their faces on the glass.
"Zooming in in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1," a voice said. On the 1, the view dilated and increased in size. They watched the people running through the streets, along with the ornaments there.
"Please write down anything if you want/can" the announcer said as a notebook slid down from the side. Naruto grabbed the notebook and looked down.

"There!" he yelled pointing at the ground, where a marketplace was. There was someone dressed in black who was tugging a barrel of strange looking items.

"They look like weapons," Hinata said worriedly. She took out her phone ( basically glass with magic ) and took a picture. After that they had reported back to the palace. They ran into Mikato's palace, where he and Kushina were making a pie.
"Mom! Dad!" Naruto yelled, running in with Hinata close to him.
"Yes?" Kushina asked, turning away from the apples on the counter.

"We found some weird things on our scouting mission," Naruto said, motioning for Hinata to come forward. She ran forward quickly and gave her phone, which had the picture of the weapons to Kushina. She nodded and went to talk to Mikato. Hinata quickly took her phone back and went to Naruto.

"What do you think it was?" asked Naruto, grabbing a cup of instant ramen.

"I don't know," Hinata said, playing with her thumbs.

"It looked kind of like a long sword with axes at the tip," he said, slurping up a lot of ramen.
"Yeah," she said, picturing the weapon in her mind again.

"Oh well, let's get our minds off of it shall we?" he asked. Hinata nodded and they went out into the park. Naruto ( of course ) sat down and started eating ramen as for Hinata, she laid down on the grass and stared up at the clouds. Suddenly, they heard a loud bang in the distance. Naruto choked on his ramen and Hinata patted him on the back.

"What was that?" Naruto asked confused.
"There has been an explosion in the fields of the Land of Hyuga," a soldier said running pass them, " we don't know where it came from and how it detonated,"

Hinata and Naruto ran over to the explosion. By the time they got there, there were already a lot of people grouped up, looking at the explosion radius.

"Sir," a guard said towards Naruto and Hinata, "There is something here. It's strange. And... it's killed someone,"

Naruto looked down. Horrified he stepped back. It was a large dog, with its muzzle open from the explosion, with a man in it's jaws. Where had it come from? And how did it get in?
