Third Person POV-

[TW-RAPE]

That night, Kara tossed and turned in her sleep. She tossed and turned while the images of Ben Lockwood flashed in her mind, each picture like a comic book just without the 'pow!', 'bang!' and 'wham!' letterings. 

She couldn't help but think, "All the things he said, all the things he said.. running through my head, running through my head," because she remembered every little word he spoke. She remembered the rough voice he spoke in. She remembered every little sound.

She also couldn't forget the feeling of his roughed-up hands on her skin, gripping tightly and leaving marks on her. She couldn't forget anything about him.

Lena had been troubled in her dreams, too. She had been dreaming about her encounters with Overgirl. It was almost as if her time with Overgirl was recorded in her dreams, and almost as if she could replay it in her mind as she slept. 

She now saw what she failed to see. She now saw how differently Overgirl was from Kara. Overgirl could never be Kara. Never.

On the other hand, that morning, Kara made a phone call to her sister. The phone rung once, then it rung twice, and then a third time until she heard Alex's voice on the other side of the line.

"Kara?"

Kara cleared her throat before replying, "Yes, it's me. Listen, I'm just gonna be straight up- what you said to Maggie was utterly shitty, and honestly? I really don't think you were mad at her, you were frustrated and took your frustration out on her." 

Alex gasped in surprise at her sister's choice of words, but she decided not to say anything about it, "You-you're right. I," the agent paused, "I-I've just been really frustrated lately. I'll sort it out with Maggie."

"Good. W-well not that you've been frustrated recently," Kara groaned, "You know what I mean." Alex laughed.

After a moment of silence, Alex asked, "How's Kennedy? Is- is she alright?" 

"Yeah. She's alright, she's just still sleeping. Is it alright if I take her to do some aunt-niece bonding today?"

Alex smiled, although Kara couldn't see from through the phone, "Sure. Tell me when you want me to pick her up when you're done."

"Alright. I'm gonna go now, I love you."

"I love you too, Kara. Bye."

Almost as soon as Kara hung up the phone, Lena spoke, "Kara? Can we talk?" Kara nodded, moving closer to Lena with worry in her eyes.

"While you were uh... gone... something- some things uh happened with Overgirl," Lena awkwardly laughed.

Kara nodded, "Things like what?"

"Overgirl and I had sex. More than once- fuck I think it was four times-" Lena blushed.

Kara almost laughed, "So what you're meaning to tell me," she had to squeeze her gut to not laugh, "is that you thought you were having sex with me but instead with Overgirl-"

Lena nodded, and Kara burst into laughter.

"Was she any good?"

Lena's eyes bulged, "I- yes but you're way better in bed, love." Lena pressed a kiss to Kara's head and went to go change into work clothes.
