i really do not feel like copy and pasting the same thing you see here, so you know the drill- when there is a scene that readers should a) prepare themselves for or b) know that viewer discretion is advised

once again, I do not support r@pe, i do not support seggsual assault and/or harassment, i do not support that kind of bs.

honestly, if you're a r@pist or someone who has seggsually assaulted and/or harrassed a guy, girl, or any other gender or non-gender, then get the fuck off my page. just get out. get the fuck off.

anyway, to the readers who have kept reading even though i update as rarely as my mother and have a civil conversation, thank you for reading and enjoy:)

Kara's POV

My response was immediate as I spoke, "What did you just call me?" 'Superbitch?' Seriously? Is that the best she could come up with? I mean seriously, why is someone named 'Overgirl' speaking? Her name literally sounds like someone should say while she's bleeding out on the floor, on the brink of death, "It's over, girl."

My concern was immediately transferred to Kennedy's well-being as Overgirl's eyes scanned over her, seemingly picking her target. I was already on my feet by then, stepping in front of Kennedy as a shield.

I couldn't let anything happen to Kennedy. I just couldn't. Why? 1) Alex may seriously (no, I mean really really) murder me. 2) Maggie might arrest me. 3) I love Kennedy. 4) I'm not a monster.

Kennedy's voice rang out from behind me, "Did you really just call her 'Superbitch?'" The mouth on this kid- she's fifteen for the love of Rao!

My hand slapped to my forehead before I reminded, "Language."

"Doesn't matter," she fired back.

"Does too."

"Since when?"

"Since your mothers' would murder me and so would my girlfriend."

"Not my problem."

"Hello? I'm your problem, right here, right now?" Overgirl called out.

Lena's POV

I still couldn't get over the fact that Kara wanted kids. Kids. How could she just bring up the topic of freaking kids and not be worried that I'm over here freaking the fuck out?!

Kids. Literal kids. Hours of screaming, hours of trying to sort out arguments, hours of trying to find time to put up with their bullshit.

I mean, it couldn't be that bad? Right? I can compromise. I'm a CEO, I've got to be able to compromise. But this is my life, not my business. It's my relationship.

What if, since I don't want kids, Kara leaves me? I can't lose her, and we've already been over this. Without her, I'm a wreck.

If she and I had kids, would we get a sperm donor? If so, what would we be looking for in a donor? I wouldn't want someone who's a complete moron to be the biological father for my kid, because if we have a dumbass for a biological father, then we might have a complete dumbass for a kid. And quite honestly? No thanks.

Would Kara and I adopt? If so, boy or girl? How old? Newborn? Toddler? Kid? Tween? Teen?

I don't even think I'd be a good mother. I don't have a good history with moms. I watched my real mom drown, and Lillian didn't really turn out well either. I'm royally screwed if Kara wants me to mother our imaginary future kids. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Alex's POV

I stood in the line of the local coffee shop waiting for Maggie and I's order to be completed. Standing in silence, Maggie stood beside me. I looked down at the tiles of the floor, tapping my boot-covered foot to the beat of the music in the background.

Maggie scratched the back of her neck, turning her head to the side to glance at the clock. Not that I was watching her, I'm not a creep.

She broke the silence, "So, are we gonna talk this out or stand here awkwardly while Kara and Lena take care of our daughter?"

I sighed, "I don't know, are we?"

"You seriously cannot be pissed at me right now."

I nodded, "You're right. Sorry, I'm just-"

"I know."

"Listen, Mags- I'm sorry. I didn't mean it, I really didn't. I've just been really uptight since Kara, and... yeah. I just- I don't think I could ever stop thinking the 'what ifs' that run through my mind when family is just gone. Kara went missing and it took so long for us to find her and I just cannot let anyone go through what she did. While all that doesn't excuse my behavior and what I've said, I'm still sorry. You're a great mother, and I'm a person who sucks ass at apologies."

"I'm sorry for cussing so much in front of Kennedy, and I'll try to leave a note and turn on my location when I leave randomly in the middle of the night. I love you," she responded.

"I love you too."

Kara's POV

"Right, right. Okay, what do you want? Do you want to kidnap me again?" I scoffed.

Overgirl rolled her eyes, "You wish."

"I don't, really."

"Sure."

"You two are acting like ex-wives," Kennedy remarked. Wow, good one.

Overgirl spoke up, "Listen, this may sound weird as hell but I honestly just- I'm now realizing that what I've been doing? What's it for? Did I do all that just to be on Lillian Luthor's good side?"

"Why are you saying all this?"

"I'm saying this because I'm backing off."
