A/N: So I'm not really sure how or even why the writers decided that Beacon Hills was suddenly going to be all the way by Adin or California Pines in Season 6 when they made that fucked up map (seriously has anyone bothered to see how far Alturas is from Redding or Redding from Susanville? If you did you'd know that map is shit!) but that just isn't working here so forget you ever saw it aside from Canaan being in that general location should I go down that route here. The fact is I don't see someone driving 329 miles for 5-7 hours to get to San Francisco International when you can be at Reno-Tahoe International in 2-3 hours and only 154 miles (Malia's Paris trip). It just doesn't make sense!

I'm going to say that Beacon Hills County (COUNTY not the town) spans roughly 190 miles along the length of both the Plumas and Tahoe National Forests, with Beacon Hills itself in what would be the Oroville area. Remember that counties began being formed around 1850 and the Hales were around before a town was ever established so we're led to believe they were there even before then. I'm saying that Beacon Hills County and all its towns (though for us just Beacon Hills) has replaced that area with the preserve encompassing Beacon Hills with other towns in the surrounding area outside the forests.

In addition to this, knowing the population of Beacon Hills County is around 500,000 there is no possible way that the Beacon Hill Sheriff Station could ever possibly support the entire county considering how few officers we saw and the fact we were told they are understaffed even when servicing their own town. In my hometown there are over 150 officers and the population is only slightly larger then Beacon Hills.

As such Sheriff Noah Stilinski is now the Police Chief in Beacon Hills as it simply would be impossible otherwise, especially considering the financial struggles he faced for someone who was Sheriff for several years. There is also the matter of him being 'suspended' (basically fired) so quickly which wouldn't be possible if he was actually a Sheriff as it generally would need to be done by a governor. As such it makes more sense for his title to actually be Police Chief. In Oroville the police chief made a little under $110,000 in 2011 and that salary rose by a steady 10G for at least 4 years (as in every year it rose).

Also the only way I can see the Stilinski family's financial struggles happening is if there was no life insurance in place for Claudia as by CA law Noah would still be responsible for any medical debt, even after death, because they were married but considering his job I just don't see that being the case as Noah seems the type to make sure no matter what things would be taken care of especially considering they have a child. Another thing would be that Stiles is shown to actually spend a lot of money (fixing Roscoe + Lydia's multiple birthday gifts including a flat screen tv) and yet he has no job so where is all the money coming from? 

Ok my rant is over. PS if you love Stiles I'm sorry but he has been replaced this time around.

P.P.S. Noah Stilinski becomes police chief after the Hale fire. The timeline on the wiki says otherwise but as far as I remember he said he never worked the Hale case so it just seems odd considering he would or at least should have seen the file and known it was impossible for things to be done so quickly. As such I'm saying he was Assistant Police Chief then.

Two months and five days. That was how old my son was when I died, only he wasn't actually my son. I'm not sure when it happened but I do know when I became aware of what was happening. There were so many gaps in my memory, gaps I noticed when I was entering my seventh month of pregnancy. I had been alone so often then. Ron was supposedly away for 'work' when he was actually off fucking Hermione bloody Granger who was the biological mother of James Weasley. I suppose they thought the name would give credit to it along with using magic to switch the then unborn infant to my womb.
