ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕥𝕖𝕣 7: 𝕀'𝕞 𝕊𝕠𝕣𝕣𝕪 𝕊𝕖𝕟𝕜𝕦

Flash back-

As she walked around the castle she didn't bother to see if the rope was the one to her bedroom as she had assume it was. Once she saw a rope she held onto it then pulled herself up when she had reached the top she climbed in. She froze when she saw a certain person who's eyes where full of shock and fear.

"What the hell happened lioness?!"

Continuing-

Kohaku bit on her bottom lip when she had realized it wasn't her room but in fact senku's. She was too tired to speak as she sat on the ground holding onto her side.

Senku decided that he would help her now and ask questions later as he quickly got up, went to get a bandage with a bowl of water and a small clothe. Senku first asked kohaku to take off her shirt as she did as she was told, leaving her in nothing but her underwear she would have been embarrassed, but at the moment she didn't care.

Senku proceeded to clean her wound with the clothe as she winced in pain senku apologized and tried to be as gentle as he could, while trying not to look at her too much. When he was done senku gently rapped the bandage around kohaku's waist then he placed a pillow on the ground to put as something kohaku could place her head on she layed down on the ground.

Silence fell upon the room. Until senku couldn't bear it anymore.

"What happened to you kohaku?" senku said surprising kohaku by how serious his voiced had sound. Kohaku bite down harder on her lip when facing the question, she really did felt like she was bothering senku and that made her fell horrible. The whole reason she had not visit was to not annoy him and let him focus on his experiments but all of that had gone down the drain. Kohaku let out sigh as she turn away from senku not able to look him in the eyes.

Kohaku sighed again as she explained the whole story from when she was on the field, not mentioning her intensions before then. Senku listened to her story carefully, until she was done, that was when he gave his conclusion.

"From what I hear the person that attacked you is not from our region, maybe he's from the Tsukasa kingdom" senku said as he placed his hand on his chin in thought.

Kohaku bit down on her bottom lip in frustration. Why did she had to end up in senku's room in the first place? Why was this happening to her of all people?

"I'm sorry senku" Kohaku said all of a sudden her voice full of sorrow it made senku froze in place as she continued not looking at him for a second "I'm sorry for letting this happen, I should have been stronger. I'm sorry I am annoying you senku, I'm so so- "

"Kohaku stop." his voice made her freeze instead as she looked at him, she felt the words get stuck in her throat at his serious facial expression.

"First of all, when did I ever say I was annoyed by you lioness? If I had to be honest...I really enjoyed your company"

"But I-"

"Second, what happen wasn't your fault lioness" kohaku opened her mouth but closed it again as senku's face relaxed a little.

"Third, I'm glad this happened lioness. Because I am ten billion percent sure you don't know the first thing about dealing with wounds" Senku said smiling at her in such a way it rendered her speechless so all she did was smile as bright as she could. Senku's heart skipped a beat as they continued to stare at each other.

"W-Well I think it's for me to head bed" kohaku said sitting up then slowly getting up, still feeling the pain on her waist as senku made sure she didn't fall. So he offered to help her to her room and she accepted. Even though it was only a couple of minutes to kohaku's room, it felt like time had stopped for the both of them and senku tried his best to not look at her cleavage as she leaned on him for supportt, while kohaku tried her best to not blush when a maid had passed by so they had to hid in a closet. Kohaku could feel his small abs through his shirt. sooner than later they both had reached kohaku's room to each other's regret as they slowly parted away they both said goonight to each other and went there seperate ways but little did they know that ruri and her husband chrome where watching giggling at the tow of them.
