Kohaku woke that morning nervous she wasn't even sure how she had slept through the whole night, she sat up stretching the tiredness of her body then stood up and made her way to the curtains and opened them. The sunlight shined through the curtain brightening up the whole room and kohaku sighed deeply.
'Today's the day' she thought as she allowed layla to rest and head for a bathe.
kohaku was on my way to breakfast, greeting maids and butlers as usual, she couldn't help but look at senku's door as she passed by. When she arrived to the dinning room kohaku saw her sister sitting in her usual spot as she always wondered how she got to breakfast before her but she shrugged the thought off while she took a seat next to her.
"Morning kohaku, slept well?" kohaku nodded smiling at her lightly.
"Yes I did Ruri how about you?" kohaku asked as she fiddled with the spoon on the table, ruri giggled light before replying.
"I slept great" Ruri said as she continued to stare at her sister.
"Is something wron-"
"Did you make your decision?" kohaku didn't even need to be asked specifically to know what she was referring to. she let out a sigh.
"Yes I have actually I am aiming to...t-tell him" Even saying it made her nervous but ruri looked at her sister and just smiled. kohaku wasn't sure if she supported her idea of not.
"I am glad you made a decision Kohaku" Ruri said placing a hand on my shoulder as she sighed a sigh of relief and smiled back.
"When are aiming to tell him?"
"Today" kohaku said calmly looking around the room, as if someone else was going to hear her, Ruri placed her hand one her should bringing kohaku's attention towards her.
"Well I wish you the best of luck kohaku" Ruri said smiling letting go of her sister. Those words seem to calm kohaku rapidly racing heart.
Soon there fahter entered and breakfast was served.

Kohaku was currently in her room knitting it was not one of her biggest hobbies but it was something she enjoyed to on simple day like these.
She wasn't sure when would be the right time to tell senku how she felt, but she assumed the best time would be when everyone wasn't awake so she planned to do it after the maid had gone bed.
Kohaku continued to knit, the red thread blowing in the wind; She was aiming to knit a scarf as a gift for her sister a way of thanking her for being there for her when she needed support kohaku smiled lightly she continued to knit.
Kohaku still felt nervous though. She still couldn't rap her head around the fact had fallen for Senku, Kohaku knew for a fact there was something about him that made her feel. . .different.
Maybe it was the way his jaw flexed when he worked, or the way he smirked when coming up with a plan even though she said he looked like a villain, she couldn't help but smile herself. When Senku looked at Kohaku she felt like the rarest jewel in the world.
Kohaku always loved that look in his eyes it made her insides. . .feel weird but in the best of ways Kohaku could feel her ears burn at the thought but she also couldn't help but sigh.
She couldn't keep these thoughts in her mind anymore she was to be wed. It would be wrong.
Kohaku frowned as she remembered that night with her soon to be wed-husband how was she supposed to be happy? He wasn't even a nice guy he lied to her father and tried to kill her.
