Third Person's Point Of View

Erin walks leisurely beside Seungcheol while clinging around his arm. She loves hugging it as she felt protected and secure around her.

"Your arm is so buff. Since when did you starting to work out?" Erin poked his arm playfully.

Seungcheol let out a slight chuckle after seeing her curious face while innocently poking his arm.

"How do I say this? Hmm... before you register I guess?"

"I guess? Why it sounds not so confident? Is someone working out for you to make this buff arm?" She seems unsatisfied with his answer.

"It doesn't matter anyway. How about we talk about yourself as long as I'm here to accompany you?" Seungcheol suggested.

They choose to sit on the grassfield and lie down there. The serene blue sky fill up their sight with the chirping sound of the birds. It seems so refreshing after a long time even just for a moment. Seungcheol offer his arm for Erin lean on. People might think them as a sweet couple when they're just friends in reality.

"Lately, I've been having severe headache and I'll vomit everything out after consuming something edible. I thought maybe it were side effects from my treatment," Erin continued on telling about her own story.

"Did you call the doctor to do a check up on you?" Seungcheol tilted his head to look at Erin while worrying over her condition.

She shook her head and staring deeply into the blue sky. "It's already feel like a daily routine for me. No biggie," she beamed widely.

"Ahjussi, I miss calling you names hehe. You must know something about me that I don't know, right? But it's okay, Wonwoo will be mad if you tell me anyway."

Seungcheol feel guilty all of sudden. She has a right to know anyway but it's better to keep this way to act as if she have nothing to do with any weird disease. It will just make her weak if she know about it.

Minutes later, Erin quit herself from talking so that they can have a peace of mind. Seungcheol tilted his head once again just to see a sleepyhead Erin lean on his arm. He smiles warmly, looking at her calm and pretty face.

Wonwoo's Point Of View

Ten days more will be a freedom to Erin. At the thought of bringing her out with Seungcheol hyung is so exciting. I'm really excited for that day to come!

"Wonu."

Wait. Did someone just call out my name?

"Ouh, Mingyu. What are you-"

"I'm sorry. I- I don't know if I'm at the right place to apologize but I sincerely sorry for what I said before. I heard that Serin--she tried to-" I cut him back.

"What? Tried to manipulate you? Is that what you heard after 3 damn weeks? Also you're at the wrong place to apologize when it was Erin that you should meet and not me. Although I didn't tell her about it but still, she must be hurt with your attitude. You've done nothing wrong to me anyway," I said.

"If you're planning to meet her, I'm going to do so. Wanna go along?" I asked him before he agree to follow me.

We arrived at the hospital and went straight to Erin's room but something seems off with the doctors and nurses went in and out from her room. I run straight to Seungcheol who seems panic. Some nurses try to hold him back from barging in the room.

"Let me in! I need to see her! Fck it! Argh!" Seungcheol pulled himself away and punch the wall in anger.

"It's okay. Let me take him from here," I said to those nurses and drag him along with me to the nearest bench.

He covers his face with his palm and cry it all out. "Hyung, what happened to her? Why with the sudden rush?" Although I want to put myself at ease, I just couldn't afford it when it comes to Erin. He shook his head, "I brought her along with me since she wanted to take a walk outside b-but I do-don't know when she fainted in my arms while we were chilling and lying on the grassfield," he said, full of regrets.

Then, I see Mingyu stood there clueless. I forgot about him. "Gyu, could you leave us for a few minutes?"

"Wh-what happened to her? I need to know about it! She's my friend too, Won. Pl-please don't make me like this," Mingyu begged on his knees while bailing his eyes out.

I walk past him towards Erin's chaotic room. From outside, I could see Erin is connected to the ventilator to help her breathe through it. Her pale face shows that how much painful that she was in just now.

Those ten days... how would it be?
