the first meet

being with a family like harry's is every child's dream. a caring big sister, a protective mom and a supportive father was everything a child asks for. harry was a really lucky person even as a child, he was really polite with everyone and tried his best to be a good boy. he was always polite and never complained, whenever he had feelings build up too much inside him he would go to the roof of the palace and would sit and write in his diary. everyone in the palace knew that no one was allowed to touch the diaries except harry. so no one ever did. he asked for something that no one ever thought he would for his 13th birthday, he asked  them for an instrument which he could play and his father- robin -being the king, got his a guitar that was exported from another country just for him. to say harry was happy was an understatement, he was over the moon when he say the guitar. 

yes, we can say harry was the luckiest boy in the kingdom but no one's life is perfect right? when he was 15 he started dating a girl who was the daughter of one of anne's (the queen and harry's mom) helpers. her name was taylor and she was really beautiful but harry never seem to see any spark in their relationship. they dated for about 3 months before they broke up. harry being an overthinker thought about what had gone wrong about their relationship and while wandering around the outskirts of the palace, he stumbled upon a boy. the boy told him he was visiting the part england for the summer and would return in a month or so. as soon as harry saw him, his insides seem to flutter, maybe he was interested in the boy but he couldn't understand why was that. the two boys started talking and by the end of the day harry got to know that the boy's name was niall and he was the same age as harry. the next day when harry went to see niall, he went a little too overboard and kissed harry. when he asked why, niall replied with a shrug "i like you, like like you and i wanna be more than just friends" harry was in shock but too harry to change that moment. they had a summer fling and by the end of the summer niall left a 16 year old with a heart break he would never forget.

it's been 3 years since that and harry had grown alot, mentally and physically. he also came out to his family just after niall left and was really happy when his family told him they love him no matter what. right now harry was thinking about how he would like to celebrate his 20th birthday while climbing up to his safe place, his treehouse, which believe it or not, he built by himself. as harry opened the front gate, he saw a boy who looked like his age but was quite small. at the sound of the gate opening, louis looked behind him to find a tall and pretty boy. while harry stood shocked on seeing the beautiful boy in front of him. when their eyes locked, it felt like the world had stopped for a minute. it was like every cheesy romantic movie where the main characters fall in love on the first sight. what they didn't realize was that how much time had passed just looking into each other's eyes. none of them were gonna move if it hadn't been for louis who jumped at a sudden noise of thunder. louis was about to trip and fall down when he felt a pair of warm hands catching him just as his face was about to hit the ground. the slight touch, even if it was to prevent him from falling sent butterflies through louis' stomach. the way harry's hands felt on his skin, he wished they stayed that way forever.

he slowly picked his head to look at the taller boy and his eyes were immediately met with his emerald ones, whoever this stranger was had surely taken louis' heart in just that moment. both of them came to their senses when another thunder struck this time however, louis was much less scared being in harry's arms. as soon as this happened, louis tried to gain some balance and stepped backwards not too much but giving enough space between them. "hey" harry started after a small silence, "hi" louis replied with some excitement to know the stranger in front of him.  "so uh how did you exactly find this place?" harry asked. "oh i was just walking around in the forest when i stumbled upon this, i must say it's really beautiful." louis replied with a small smile, and just like that harry also had a smile on his face. 

"well thankyou for complementing on this," 

"i'm sorry but you're saying this like you made it?" louis said in a questioning tone

"oh uh yeah i actually did, it's been a good 2 years but yeah i made this, and don't be sorry" 

"well i think it's beautiful" 

"thank you"

"if you don't mind, what's your name?"

"oh sorry, i totally forgot to introduce myself, my name's harry, harry styles"

'oh i did too, you're just too gorgeous to think about something else' louis thought. "well mister harry, harry styles my name is louis tomlinson" he said while smiling a little.

just as harry was about to say something, it started to rain. louis being the more excited one rushed towards the balcony. he sprawled his hand out to feel the rain on his hands and arms and gave a content smile, then motioning towards harry to come forward, harry did as he was told and stood by louis while looking at the view in front of them, it was neither dark outside not was it too sunny, just the perfect time for that moment. 

 they both chatted for some more time and waited for the rain to stop. after a good hour the rain finally stopped, as louis was about to leave to go back to his house, harry stopped him and asked if they would meet again the next day, louis gave him a warm smile and nodded. with seeing a smile appear on harry's face, he felt. that night after a long time, louis and harry slept with smiles on their faces.  real smiles.
