What am I going to do?

I sit on the roof of the Avengers Tower, letting my feet dangle off it- as Curse. The movie had finished and everyone had gone to bed. Except Tony, he went down to the labs. Nat promised to talk to me tomorrow, but I don't know how I'm going to do anything. School had been the only thing on my mind all day. I've refused to talk to both Tony and Bruce, them being the ones to decide this.

"Whats up?" I jump at his voice.

"Don't sneak up on me like that." I say, glancing back at him. My head turns back to looking at the street feet below. He sits next to me, looking at me.

"Or I should be asking whats down. Did something happen? Did Green Goblin hurt you?" SB asked. I look at him out of the corner of my eye.

"What's wrong with me? What about you? I swear, you almost sound concerned." I reply. He never acts like this.

"Nothing's wrong with me. But somethings up with you, Curse." He says, tilting his head. "Spill. Whats got you all upside down?" I sigh.

"Iron Man and Hulk think that its best for me to try and live as normal as a life as possible. And for them, that means instead of letting me hand around the tower, I'm being sent to school. And there are so many problems with that. " Spiderboy leans back on his arms and nods.

"Continue."

I take a deep breath and let it out. "One is that I have no reason to go to school. After the experiments from SHIELD, I have everything I ever need to know stored in my brain. Then there is the subject of my eyes. If I walk around school as a normal student, I can't have a purple eye. Everyone would know my secret identity. Tony says to keep Jarvis on, but I think someone would notice something different about a person having to alien like blue eyes, you know?"

SB nods. "Don't you have some power from Loki? Why don't you use that to disguise your appearance?"

"I do." I reply. "But I avoid using it as much as possible. I don't really have that big of a hold on it."

"Well, how about you try to use it." He says. "And whenever you feel it slipping or know that the magic isn't cooperating, you ask to use the bathroom or quickly have Jarvis activate."

"You're a genius, SB!" I exclaim.

"I know. Anyway, how about we have some fun on the town?" I stand up and nod.

"Sounds fun. But I want to pick up Freeze on the way. Its been a while since us three hav patroled together."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I land a buildig away from the Baxter Building.

"What do we do now?" SB asks.

"Her window is right there." I say, pointing at it. "If we can get Herbie to stay quiet, we can sneak out of there and have a night on the town."

"Sounds like a plan." I jump of the roof, flying quickly towards the Baxter building and hovering in front of Freeze's window. I stop hovering, landing on a platform I created. SB lands next to me as I knock on the window.

Don't freak out. I send to her mind. It's just me. And Spiderboy.

She opens her window, already in her uniform. "Jeez, Curse! You nearly gave me a heart attack."

I smile and shrug. "Sorry. Now, you want to come and have a night on the town before Susan finds out?" She puts her hand on her chin and casts her eyes upwards, pretending to think.

"Hum, how about.......Of course!" She exclaims. Freeze jumps out of her window and onto my platform. "Lets go! And we are taking these platforms across town. I've had enough with driving." I eye her suspiciously for a second before shaking my head.

"Alright. So, SB. Were are we headed?" He bends his knees so that he can get a higher jump.

"How about Central Park." He jumps and launches a web, swinging around the corner. Freeze and I begin running after him, though our travel is slower. A few blocks later, I create a platform around the corner and begin to talk.

"So, anything interesting?" I ask. She shrugs, jumping down a level.

"Not really. I mean, there is the fact that I have a black hole growing inside of me that could destroy me and our existence."

"What?!" I exclaim, continuing to run. "When did this happen?"

"I'll explain when we get there." I hesitantly nod as we turn another corner. Spiderboy eventually lands in a grassy area of Central Park. The only problem is that I was so exhausted, the platform just faded and we fell.

Freeze was able to catch herself and land on a patch of snow she created. I wasn't so lucky. SB caught me as I fell, seeing that I didn't catch myself in time.

"Careful." He says, setting me down.

"Yeah. Thanks for catching me." I turn to Freeze. "Okay, before we start anything, spill it."
