The next morning I didn't see Ethan in the room so I assumed he was outside, I got out of the tent and saw him standing by a tree, I walked closer to him, he smiled, and said ": was it the same creature that attacked you?"

- good, you got your revenge. He said with his iconic smirk.
- yeah but I almost lost you.
- but you didn't.
- and still you got hurt. I said. I gently put my hand on his injured shoulder.

-don't be. He put his hand on my face, wiping off my tears, pulled me in and hugged me tight. We both smiled, we felt safe, we were home to each other and we both knew it.
- anyways, don't you wanna go back home? He said.
- how?
-communications.
He explained that if we found the AI that I pulled out of my arm, we could turn it into a way to communicate with our people.
- I didn't throw the AI away.
- wait what?! You have it right now?!

His face lit up to the news, he wanted to get home more than I did. I was living very happily in this dimension, he on the other hand, got sick of it.
- Zad earthspherer 411, we're going home!!! He said.
I laughed while he went crazy, holding his shoulder down in pain, but he was the happiest man on the planet, actually he wasn't a man at this moment, he was just a kid. He ran to me and hugged me again.
- hey! Don't you need to turn it into a communication system before celebrating? I said
- you just ruined my mood.
We both laughed, in hope of stepping back home. I held the AI, I looked at it as he stared worried it wasn't going to work.
- I can do this. I said
Fulfilled in happiness, he shouted and jumped around and I joined the party.
