Chapter 31

Once they were on the train they began to look for some of their friends and they eventually spilt apart to go sit with their own friend groups. Eventually found the twins and lee sitting in a compartment. 

She opened the door and the trio snapped their heads to the door, tensing, but saw her and relaxed their bodies.

"Irene you scared us. We," "Thought you were one of our," "Brothers for a second." The twins had been alternating their sentences, which confused Lee slightly but Irene only smiled and shook her head with a smile on her face.

She sat down next to Fred while George and Lee were on the other side. They continued their previous conversation which was what pranks they should do this year. They were debating whether they should 'welcome' Lockheart with a prank or prank Snape again.

"I say we sneak into Snape's room and just paint it completely pink, and make sure it can't come off of the walls for at least 2 weeks." Was one of Lee's ideas but Fred and George just argued that they've done pranks like that before to Snape.

Fred went to go argue but was cut off by Irene giving her input, "I say you should prank Lockheart instead." This made them all glance at her with confusion on their faces, as she usually wouldn't join in their pranks.

Lee was the first one to comment on it, "Ok, what's going on? You never join in planning pranks." The twin only nodded their heads, agreeing with him. 

To answer him Irene shrugged her shoulders, "I don't trust him. He gives off this vibe that makes me feel.." She stopped for a second, trying to find a way to describe her feeling, "...on edge is a way you could put it I guess."

The boys shared another look, before changing the subject to talk about quidditch. Soon enough Irene fell asleep on Fred's shoulder. Noticing this Fred motioned for the other two to quiet down, they looked at him like he was an idiot until he motioned to irene. 

A grin light up on George's face, he nudged Lee, and when Lee turned to look at George. He turned around and start 'kissing' himself. Making Lee laugh before he starting to make kissy noises to Fred, who had turned red from what they were mimicking.

Fred began to kick the two boys causing them to shut up, now holding their legs in pain. Both of them giving Fred a glare, to which he just replied by sticking his tongue out at them. Soon enough they went back to planning their pranks, with Fred glancing at Irene every so often when he thought the other two weren't paying attention.

The boys woke Irene up so she could go change before the train stopped, but her response was just telling them to, "Fuck off, I don't wanna change into that uncomfortable uniform." 

To which they, obviously, laughed but 'gently' stood her up and got her to walk to the bathrooms to change. Eventually, she came back to the compartment but she returned with a look of fury on her face, which made the boys get real nervous. 

Lee decided to be brave, "So....what happened when you were gone that made you so-?"

She interrupted him with a smile on her face, "Mad? Angry? Fuming? Or how about fucking furious? " Her smile completely dropped once she said furious, as she looked to the twins who gulped, "I am going to absolutely murder your brother."

Hearing that they didn't do anything personally to anger her, their shoulders sagged slightly in relief, "Which brother angered," "You this time?". 

She just gave them a grin, that was obviously forced, "Why don't you boys take a lucky guess as to which brother." 

They didn't even have to look at each other to know what the other was thinking. They answered her in synch, "Ron?" 

Her smile turned almost psychotic, "Ding ding ding we have our winners!"

The boys all sighed and the twins decide to speak up again, "what did he," "Do this time?" 

Irene's 'smile' never left her face which had begun to completely freak all three boys out, "Well he saw me in the hallway and decided it would be a good idea to go out of his way to bother me. He then ran up to me and started to call me Holly Potter, and tried to drag me into his compartment with his little friends. But when I told him to stop and that I didn't want to hang out with him or his friends, he started to call me a future death eater and degraded me for not wanting to hang out with him." 

She took a deep breath as if trying to stop herself from going back out in the hallway to go kill said dumbass. When she was done calming herself down she looked to the twins, "You might want to try and talk some sense into that dear brother of yours or you're going to end up without a younger brother." And with that being said, she walked out of the compartment to head to the carriages as the train stopped.

The boys only looked at each other with wide eyes before Lee spoke up, "Merlin's beard, she's bloody scary." He shook his head and began to walk out of the compartment, "I don't know why the hell your brother is hell-bent on getting her bad side."

The twins merely looked at each other, shaking their heads, and began to follow Lee out to go find Irene before she killed someone, who would most likely be their younger brother.
