Psych

Cyborg's POV
I was worried about Beast Boy. He hadn't lost control again since the incident, but he was changing. I was scared of losing my best friend. So much wild stuff had happened in just the last few days. A new member, Slade, and beast boy was losing control. Also a new villain, who I've decided to call Psych. I think the best thing that's happened is Tati. She's the only positive thing to happen around here lately. But she's been visited in her dreams more than once. I've had to go in and wake her up a few times. Each time she seems to wake up more traumatized. She's so shy though, barely opens up to anyone, except Starfire it seems, or she lets Starfire open up to her. She was kind of a mix of Raven and Starfire. Tati was quiet, but kind and spoke if someone wanted to talk to her. And she was always hanging out with everyone, just not really talking.
Wow I'm thinking about Tati a lot.
Robin's POV
I was glad Starfire was becoming such good friends with Tati. She seems trustworthy. She hasn't caused any commotion, and always is willing to help out. It worries me that she's being visited by Slade each night. She always wakes up screaming, and sometimes with bruises and scratches. Tati and Starfire were walking out of the kitchen when the Titan Alarm went off. It was our new villain.
"Everybody, it's the new villain." I said.
"I started calling him Psych." Cyborg said.
"We need Beast Boy." Starfire said.
"I don't know, he might lose control." I said to Starfire.
"I would've been killed had he not been there, he's coming!" Raven said.
I didn't have time to argue.
"Go get him then!" I said sternly. Starfire and Raven went down to beast boy's cell to retrieve him, and we proceeded to the T-car.
Cantatis's POV
This super villain, Psych, was a huge pain in the butt. He seemed unphased by anything we did. I let ropes of red energy flow to my fingertips, and lashed out at him. He swung out with his long arm, throwing me right into cyborg.
"Sorry!" I said getting to my feet.
"You alright?" He asked.
"Fine!" I answered quickly rejoining the fight. Starfire was shooting starbolts at him, Raven was throwing cars at him, and Robin was attacking hand to hand. Beast boy was a rhino, and rammed into his leg. Raven got flung into a near by building.
"Rae!" Beast boy yelled. Psych was about to step on beast boy.
Beast boy move!
It was too late. He was crushed between the ground and Psych's foot.
"No!" Raven cried out.
"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" She screamed, tears in her eyes, every car lifted up, with chunks of rocks. She flung every one at psych. He went down hard. When beast boy was revealed I used my red ropes to lift him out of harms way. I could tell he was hurt bad.
"We have to get beast boy back to the Tower!" Robin yelled.
"Place him in the back seat." Cyborg said. Robin did so and laid beast boy down in the back seat of the T-car.
"Raven, you should go in the car with cyborg and beast Boy." I said. I hadn't meant to, but I read her mind. I had to make sure she wasn't going to do anything crazy when he got hurt.
"Ok." She said emotionless once again.
The T-car sped off.
"How will you get back?" Starfire inquired.
I used red energy to form platforms beneath my feet.
"I got it." I said. She picked up Robin and we went to the Tower.
Raven's POV
Beast boy was motionless in the car.
"Come on Beast boy, wake up!" I said stroking his hair in the back seat.
I had tried healing him, but his injuries were too bad.
"He'll be ok Rae." Cyborg said. It felt like hours getting to the tower. When we finally did we rushed beast boy into our infirmary room. He looked so...broken. Cyborg ran some X-Rays.
"Alright, most of his ribs are cracked, his left shoulder and collarbone are broken, as well as his right leg. He's lucky to have no ruptured organs, or internal bleeding. Cyborg left the room.
"Wake up Beast Boy." I said holding his hand. After a few minutes he stirred.
"Rae...." He moaned. My heart swelled with relief.
"Beast boy!" I said excitedly.
Beast boy's POV
Raven flung her arms around me. It hurt around my ribs pretty bad, but I didn't care.
"What happened to me?" I asked.
"Your ribs are cracked, pretty much all of them, your left arm and collarbone are broken, and so is your right leg." She answered.
"Wow, I got pretty beat up then." I laughed.
"I thought for a minute, I thought you were dead." Raven said looking down.
"I promised you I wouldn't leave you alone." I said smiling.
"You did." Raven said looking at me happily.
I realized then that I was falling in love with her. I thought I wouldn't move on after Terra, but I did. I fell in love with someone who was right in front of me the whole time.
Robin's POV
I never realized how Raven felt about Beast Boy, now it was obvious. She really cared about him, and he really cared about her. I knew beast boy would move on after Terra, I was just surprised it was Raven. He couldn't have fallen for two girls more opposite. I wish I was like beast boy, and could tell a girl exactly how I felt.
Starfire's POV
I wanted to do, the girl talk. I had something I wanted to get off my chest.
"Tati." I said, "can we go to my room, and do the talking of the girls?"
"Sure thing star." Tati said and we walked to my room.
"So what is it you were wanting to talk about star?" Tati asked once my door was shut.
"I, well, I have 'the feelings' for Robin." I said sheepishly.
"Awh star has a crush!" Tati taunted slightly.
"Crush?" I asked confused.
"Crush is what it's called when you have feelings for someone that you're not dating star." Tati explained.
"Ohh. Do you have the feelings for anyone?" I asked.
"No,not yet." Tati said.
"Could you, find out if Robin likes me?" I asked.
"Like read his mind?" Tati asked raising her eyebrow.
"Yes." I smiled.
"No, I'm sorry star. I'm not reading anyone's mind." Tati said in a final tone.
"Okay. It was worth the shot!" I said giggling.
"I'm sure he likes you star. Sometimes us girls just have to make the first move." Tati said laughing.
"Well, it is very late! We must be going to the bed! Thank you for doing the girl talking!" I said elated as Tati went to her room.
Cantatis's POV
I went back to my room, but couldn't sleep. I didn't want to see Slade again. He frightened me to the core.
Cy, I can't sleep. I said in cyborg's head.
"Tati, are you alright?" He thought back.
"I don't want to see him again, Slade, I mean." I answered.
"Understandable." He thought.
"You don't understand what I've been through in his head." I thought to him.
Cyborgs POV
"Tati, Its ok."
"Cy he's so scary. He's crazy. You don't understand how demented he is, not until you've been inside his head." Tati thought.
"Ok, do you want to talk about something else then?" I asked.
"Yes." She answered.
"What then?" I said, not sure what to talk about.
"Tell me about your life before the Teen Titans." She said.
"Ok," I was surprised at her desired topic, " I was an athlete, football, basketball, soccer. Any sport, I played it. I was also very good in school, I always loved math and science. I was obsessed with technology. I never really dated any girls, I went on dates, but none lasted as girlfriends. I was very popular. I hung out with almost everyone, and always talked to everyone. My mother, was the nicest woman in the world. Her name was Elinore Stone. She would cook a fresh meal every night, and made sure I ate breakfast every morning. My dad was an awesome athlete, and coach. His name was Silas Stone. One day when we were driving home from a professional basketball game it was snowing, really really hard. My dad lost control of the car, and, well him and my mother both got killed. I, on the other hand had almost all of my parts replaced with robot ones. I was rejected by my relatives and friends because I was different. I fled into the shadows, and then I met the Titans." I told her my life story.
"I'm sorry about your parents." She said.
"What about you? What's your story then?"
"My mother, was Madame Rouge. She didn't want anybody to know about her daughter, or her son. She had us in a cabin, where nobody would find us. I hated her. She never raised is as her children, but she raised us to be evil. I refused. I ran away last year, and found my way here. My brother was always her favorite, because he tried to be a villain. But he didn't have powers, like me, just machines. He calls himself Control Freak. He always calls me to tell me that he's your arch nemesis, he seems more like a fanboy to me. Anyways, my mom was furious at me everyday. She always tested my power, beat me to make me use it. I've done bad things, because I didn't have a choice. I stole the technology that the brotherhood needed for their black hole machine. I've caught other heroes. I have done bad things. I regret them all the time. I feel horrible. When I finally left, I felt like I could change, get away from all the villains. It turns out that I'm just a bigger target to them. Not only is my mom still hunting me, but Slade wants me now. I just wanted a normal life, for just a little bit." Tati said, opening up, "cyborg, my life sucked."
"You have us now. Try to get some rest Tati."
