Miya's POV

As soon as I finished singing , my mum ran on stage and hugged me.

" You did it hunnie"

"Yes I did it mum!"we were both in tears at this point

      Madi's POV

    After I finished my speech the judges looked at each other and whispered to themselves softly while they nodded their heads. I was then asked to leave and wait for the results to be compiled.

    I drove out and went straight to Miya's place. She was eating a salad when I came it and then I ran and hugged her tearfully"Thankyou " I whispered.

     We talked for about 30 minutes before I got in the car and went home. Welll.... I didn't know what to expect from those two .

    I unlocked the door silently and when I turned around I was met by my parents who were sitting on the couch. I immediately bowed my head and was expecting the worse.

    "Young lady..."

    Oh no... what was he going to say... I kept asking myself.

    "... I'm soo proud of you"

    I raised my head slowly and smiled"you are?"

    "We watched your recent videos for the first time . We had no idea what we were pushing you to " my mum was already teary at this point .

     "The last one you made was absolutely beautiful " my dad tried to maintain eye contact with me.. they both started laughing. This made  me smile.

    "Can we do a family hug" I requested shyly .

    They both looked at each other..." yes Why not" my dad replied.

    I opened up my arms as we hugged for a few minutes. I've never felt this happy in a long time.

    *A week later*

    Miya's POV

    Well I stepped into School again but this time... with my head held up a lot higher...

    "Hey Fiona... hi Keth... nice hairdo you've got there "

     "Thanks Miya " they chorused with a huge smile. Did I forget to mention I had my car now? Yeah I did.  My mum got a brand new car after my audition. Now I could drive without stress and without fear of anyone or anything .

  
    I stopped by the locker and checked my timetable , I grabbed a few books and locked my locker again. I had Math 101 that morning.
 
    I passed by a group of basketball players and I spotted Asher with his beautiful ocean eyes. My intention was to stare at him till I passed by but it seems he beat me to me .

    He was smiling at me as I walked past. He waved and then I waved back sheepishly. I'm

    I felt blood rush through my body up to my cheeks . I was red all in the face. He muttered something to his friends before he started approaching me. I started feeling sweaty and good all over. What was happening to me....

    I could See his perfect smile from that distance as he came closer... his blue eyes also complimented him.

    "Hi" he was smiling even wider " So now you'reeee Miya Miya right?"

    "Y-yes " I replied . Ughhhh I couldn't help but stutter " I'm M-me now "

    "Ok that's good... so what classes do you have this morning " he was leaning on a locker and that smile was still plastered on his face.

    "I t-think it's m-maths" i replied. My head was facing the floor now. He didn't reply. I looked up and he was staring at me.. I blushed further.

   "You're beautiful Miya"

    Those words shocked me. Was I still in Madi's body... I doubt 'cause I checked my face before leaving the house.

    Gringgg!!

   Saved by the bell.

   "Ohh... uhhh guess we'll talk later then" he was already moving away

    "Okk" I managed to say.

    I walked over to class and was met with Madi and Lisa .

    "Hey Miya ... prom is just around the corner and I totally forgot " Madi was already filled with joy at this thought.

   "And guess what?"Lisa asked. I was not good at guessing at all " c'mon Lis ,you know I'm bad at guessing " she was still persistent.

   " ok just try at le..."

    " Cornor asked her out to prom... sorry I just had to tell her"

    Lisa just rolled her eyes and laughed.

    "Oh my Goddddd ... lucky for you Lis ... I always knew you had eyes for him " she was already blushing at this point " stop" she muttered even if she knew I wasn't going to.

    "Yeahhh I also noticed the way they look at each other"
Madi continued.

   "Uhhhhhhhh" we both said and we all started laughing .

    "You both stop already " she was completely flushed " how about you guys?'

    "Uhh .. my last boyfriend was a complete asshole..  no boys for now please" Madi added

    "But I don't think someone agrees with you "I said in a sing-song tone . Madi turned her face to where my gaze was set at... I saw Ian staring at me. When I looked back , he winked at me. Total turn ON.

    I had a crush on him in 5th grade then he broke my  favourite pencil and the feelings flew away.

    But seeing him do this kinda brought it all back.

    "Now I feel odd" I mentioned faking a sad face "c'mon how about Asher uhhhh" Madi said.

    "What about him " I added as if I didn't know what was going on " don't you dare pretend. You see the way he looks at you all the time he's tots into you " Lisa added while filling her mouth with cookies

    "I agree"Madi added" you can't be so sure ... like he didn't even seem to like me that way "

    " huhh he does Miya ... I've been you for two weeks Miya and I know what I'm saying " she whispered to me .

     "Well let's see how I..."

     "Good morning class!!"

    Uhhh the maths teacher had to spoil it .

   "Oh we'll talk later  then " Madi added as she packed her stuff to her table" and you just have to teach me more of biology and maths and any other thing . My brain is totally fried right now. "

    We both laughed at this comment.

    "I sure will"
