In this story, Wei Wuxian will have a big brother, who will look like Yan Bingyun from Joy of Life, mostly because they are played by the same actor but it will make sense for them to share looks and being brothers. The key difference will be that Wei Wuxian will have very dark brown almost black eyes while his brother, Wei Fang/Zheng, will have dark blue eyes.

Chapter: Prolouge
NIGHT TIME
YILING
It was the dead of night in Yiling, most people were asleep but in one of the homes, an event was taking place. The event of new life, the yelling, and small screams were muffled as outside the home stood two people, one adult, and one child.
The man was sat worried as he watched some ladies come in and out, he heard the midwife and healers inside giving out orders while his wife gave birth. His black hair tied into a bun, his skin fair but had a golden tan starting to peak through from traveling. His dark blue eyes hardly looking away from the building, his robes a mix of black and purple. On his belt was a silver bell tassel with a lotus charm hanging from it.
This was Wei Changze, who was the long-time friend of Jiang Fengmian and secret sworn brother of the sect leader. He was from a long-lost clan that most people had forgotten about, except the Jiang Clan, he had met his wife a disciple of Baoshan Sanren, Cangse Sanren. They had become rouge cultivators together after getting married, Jiang Fengmian was sad to see his friends go but wished them a happy journey together but before they left he gave his sworn brother the tassel on his belt.
If anything should happen they could use the tassel to enter Lotus Pier and be sent straight to Jiang Fengmian himself, thankfully things have yet to come to such a need.
"Baba, will Mama and the baby be okay?" The small figure was a boy around 4 years old with black hair and dark blue eyes. He had on some dark navy blue and cream robes, he had a fair skin tone.
This was Wei Fang, the firstborn son to Changze and Cangse. He was a smart boy, he had just started to learn more about spiritual energy and was picking up things fast.
"They will be fine, your Mama is a strong woman she won't let anything harm your new sibling," Wei Changze said as he took his son's hand and lead him over to a patch of grass where they sat down.
"Baba, why don't you wear the pretty ribbon in view? Like those Lan people do?" Wei Fang asked gesturing to his father's upper left arm.
Hidden by his robes was a red silk ribbon with a jade piece carved into a yin-yang symbol and sown onto the red silk.
