(Koneko powering up her Senjutsu in Neko form with Kuroka, Kiba unleashing Sword Birth, Asia healing allies from afar, and Akeno using her thunder. Ketsu then releasing his power at his enemy)

(Rias and her Peerage flying down from the sky, catching up with Ketsu and Issei as they all unleashed their attack, as the same goes for the Z-Fighters making a powerful explosion)

(Space pods crash as the screen fades red. Then the Z-Fighters along with the Occult Research Club appear, with Ketsu, Issei, Rias, and Goku landing in front of them. Shows Dragon Balls and cuts to Ketsu in his Super Saiyan, Issei in Balance Breaker, Rias flaring her Power of Destruction, and Goku in Super Saiyan)

During the destruction of Planet Vegeta, two Saiyan survivors have escaped as they made their way to Earth. The Saiyans were named Kakarot and Ketsu. As Kakarot's way to Earth went well, Ketsu ended up jumping to a time skip in the Dimensional Gap thanks to the Ouroboros Dragon's Power. He made it to Earth, having to arrive before the Saiyans, Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz.
Crashing near a town, one of the family members took notice and went to check it out. The Young Boy went up to the Pod and discovered a boy with dark red hair and dark blood eyes, with a tail. The boy who picked him up was named Issei Hyoudou. He took him to his parents as he showed him who he is. The Hyoudou Family then adopted the boy as he was now named Ketsu Hyoudou.
Over the years, Ketsu grew up as he learn to harness his Ki and Control of Energy at the age of 10. Issei knows about this since Ketsu was from Planet Vegeta. And this was the time Kakarot, now named Goku had his first child with his wife, Chi-Chi, naming him Gohan. Now at the age of 16 and Goku, Gohan, and Krillin's victor of the Saiyans Arrival and departing to Namek to revive Piccolo and the Dragon Balls, Ketsu now in Kuoh Academy and with his big brother, Issei having to develop a lecherous side, but still generous to Ketsu and helping him with studies.
