World Martial Arts Tournament {Quarterfinals}

3rd POV

With the Preliminaries over, the Quarterfinals start with the now brackets.

Android 18 Vs. Shallot

Issei Vs. Goku

Vegeta Vs. Majunior

Mystery Person Vs. Ketsu

The match that is first was 18 against Shallot. As the two walked up to the arena, the announcer called it.

Announcer: And now! For the Quarterfinals! First match is 18 versus Shallot!

The two faced each other as they were not going to hold anything back. Shallot prepared himself as he turned into Super Saiyan 2.

Announcer: Let the first match commence!

The two then rushed at each other, catching fists and kicks and avoiding each move they throw. Just like the match between Ketsu and 17, 18 has infinite stamina, due to being an Android, putting Shallot at a disadvantage. As 18 rushed to land a punch, Shallot vanished and appeared behind her, catching her off guard. He then grabbed her hands and tossed her to the other side of the arena. 18 instantly recovered as she then flew up to the air and shot her Ki Wave. Shallot then deflected it away to the sky as he then started to fire his Wild Cannon at her. As the blast hits, 18 blocked it, only to find Shallot gone. He then appeared behind her as he then spiked her to the ground, knocking her out of the ring. Shallot landed back on the arena, tired out from his fight. He then powered back down to base form as the announcer spoke.

Announcer: Match over! Shallot advances to the Semifinals!

Shallot went up to 18, but got up instantly.

Shallot: Look, I know you wanted that prize money but-

18: I don't care... *smiles* I'm just glad this tournament doesn't have people with no skill.... it makes it more interesting.

Shallot: Uh... Right. 

The two walked back to the lobby, with the second match in about a few minutes. 

Issei: *nervous*

Ketsu: What?

Issei: I'm nervous... I'm going to fight the strongest guy here!

Ketsu: I see.... Well, if push comes to shove..... go all out.

Issei: Right... Ddraig?

Ddraig: I'm with you, partner... We'll give him a good show and show him what it means to fight the Red Dragon Emperor.

Issei: *grips and smiles* Right!

Koneko: Good luck, Issei. 

Ketsu: You two have a great fight.

Issei: We will.

Goku: Hehehe...

The two have now walked towards the arena. With Rias noticing on who Issei was fighting.

Rias: This is bad... really bad.

Asia: Oh Issei..

Kiba: Oh man... this might not end well.

Gasper: No it won't! I know he won't give up! If Ketsu believes in his brother, then I do as well! 

Hearing Gasper's words made Rias smiles as she then held on to the bars and shouted.

Rias: ISSEI! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Issei: Hehehehe.... *sigh* Oh man.

Announcer: And now for the second match of the Quarterfinals is Issei Hyoudou versus Goku! Both of these fighters showed amazing skills during the Preliminaries, but only one shall win this match!
