Chapter 16 - It's finally over

The bright moon shone across the dark warehouse as the boy entered, he distantly heard the sound of breathing as he walked further in though he had no way of knowing who those people were, so he continued his journey, before long he came across a single person standing in the middle, the person who haunted his dreams, the person who had hurt him and his friends so much, Dino Golzine. He suppressed a growl at the sight of the man though his insides were screaming at him to run, to do anything, but he kept his ground, never once taking his eyes off the old man in front of him, "I see you survived, how unfortunate." Were the first words that broke through the silence, the boy grimaced but stayed silent, "I had fun breaking you, so did my men, you were our one personal toy, for a while at least." He could hear Ash's teeth grinding through the small earpiece as he willed himself to stay in place.

"I am surprised that you showed up, though knowing you it was to protect that precious Ash of yours." The old man growled out his name, before another word he took a step forward as the boy took a corresponding step back. He hated the way the man's eyes looked over his body, his eyes looking through every piece of skin that he had previously touched with a hungry expression on his face making Eiji want nothing more than to step away, to run, but he didn't, he held his ground as the man approached. He heard Ash shout something as the man got within arm's reach, his hot breath on Eiji's face as the boy readied himself, he knew what he was doing might not work, but he had to. "NOW!" Was shouted through his comm before a resounding, BANG.

There was silence for a few moments before all hell broke loose, Eiji quickly running to hide behind a nearby box as Ash's gang appeared from the shadows. The boy peered out to see what was happening only to immediately regret it as the sickening pool of blood from Dino grew, he had done it, he had finally got rid of that man, he felt so good yet hated himself for thinking that way. He had just killed someone and yet he felt happy, he was snapped from his thoughts by a soft voice coming from in front of him. His head jerked up to meet bright green eyes as Ash smiled warmly down at him. It was finally over, they could finally be happy, with Dino gone they could finally be whole.

So this is the last part of the main story though I will have an epilogue up soon just to sort of wrap everything up for those that want it to be happy :)
