Mr. E walked along the street on the sidewalk. His ability to disguise his metal skin as if it was human skin helped him to blend in. He was seen as a human than a robot. The sun reflected off his brown skin. His golden eyes looking like royalty. Loop-like snake bites were pierced at the edge of his lips. He smoothed back his brown hair and continued to walk. " Excuse me, sir!" A voice called out behind him. He turned around and saw their target. The (Y/n) girl.

" Yes?" His voice was rough and his robotic throat hurt. She asked him for directions to a store and he realized he could get some information on her. " Oh, that place. I can walk you there if you want," He suggested. " Oh, really? That would be nice." She smiled. He faked a smile back. " So, what's your name?" He asked, walking with her. " It's (Y/n)! Yours?" He thought about it for a second. " It's Echo. Echo Julien."

" That's a really pretty name! I've never met someone named Echo before, and I've met lots of people!" " Really? I would think someone else is also named Echo. It's uh, a cutesy name." He looked to the side. " It really is cute... Do, do you not like your name?" She asked. He shook his head, " No. It's way too cutesy. I like just going by E. It's way cooler than Echo." He chuckled.

" Well then, I'll call you E! I still think Echo is really cool but E is also cool! Makes you sound mysterious," She giggled. He genuinely smiled at her. He didn't mean too but it was just natural. She gave off happy vibes. He could see why Lloyd Garmadon was so interested in her. " Well, thanks (Y/n). You're pretty cool." He nudged her slightly. She nudged him back, " You are too E!"

The two talked a bit and continued to walk. After a bit of walking, he took out a piece of paper and wrote a number on it. " Text me some time, I ain't got many friends so a new one is always a bonus." He handed it to her before walking away. " Huh, oh alright! Bye E!" She waved and smiled. She then realized he was supposed to take her to the coffee shop she needed to go to. She looked around and realized she was right outside it. " Sneaky guy," She giggled and went inside.

" So this Echo guy is trying to get her number. Sneaky guy indeed (Y/n)." He whispered to himself. His dark purple, almost black hoodie covering his face. He started to follow this Echo guy. E walked into an alleyway on purpose and stood in the middle of it. He snuck up behind him. " I know you are behind me." E turned his head around, stopping Lloyd in his tracks.

" I'm not trying to hook up with her. I'm not interested in either females or men. Dating isn't my style, so don't even think about pulling out your knife Lloyd. You wouldn't get far anyways." He turned around fully. " How. How did you know I was following you?" He asked, pulling back his hoodie. " I'm not going to explain." He scoffed.

" I was being serious about having no friends and wanted a new one. That's why I gave her my number. But you should be wary of the guy she is meeting up with inside the coffee shop." Lloyd perked up. " She's meeting up with someone?" He asked. E nodded, " Yeah. I would make sure you get a good look at him. Anyways, I have business Lloyd, don't make me yours." E pat his shoulder before walking away.

" Good news." The text-to-speech voice called out through the base, catching the attention of the other Sons of Garmadon generals. " What is it, Mr. E. We were talking." Harumi looked at the masked robot. He walked over to them and pulled out his phone, " I have the target's number. She trusts me and I can potentially fake a friendship to use her." He told them.

 " You what!?" Harumi smiled. " See Mr. E, this is why you are my favorite general!" She wrapped his arm around his shoulder, pulling him down so she could. " I'm glad I am." His real voice called out. " Mr. E spoke!" Killow stated the obvious. " Whoa, is that your voice?" Ultra asked. " Yes. It's a bit weak from not speaking for almost a year but, it's the real one." He rubbed his neck again, pulling away from Harumi.

" If I can get her trust, I can get her away from Lloyd." " But Lloyd is sneaky and has been killing anyone who shows interest in her." Harumi reminded him. " I know. I saw him. He tried to sneak up on me but I sensed him. He knows I search for no love. He didn't even pull out his knife after I explained. I switched his attention to a new threat. A man on a date with his so-called lover." Mr. E used his fingers to put quotes over love. 

" We stand a good choice on winning this Quiet One." Mr. E looked at her. " We will. Because you just became my top general." Harumi promoted him. Killow widened his eyes as Mr. E took his role. " Thank you, Quiet One. I will not disappoint you." He smiled under his mask.

 " This means, Killow, I won't be accepting your teasing anymore. I am above you now. Just like Ultra Violet, I won't stand it." He glared at them. Killow mumbled something and Harumi giggled. " I will now attend to my work. Creating a plan to get the Oni Mask of Vengence." He bowed slightly to Harumi and walked away. Harumi crossed her arms and smiled, " Good."
