I woke up on a similar bed where I had first met Demetrius. It had only been 2 days since the first incident. What am I doing here.
My head hurt like hell.
It wasn't too long after I really woke up. To the sound of beeping. Very annoying beeping.
First I made sure I was alive. I slapped myself a few times. I was awake. If I was in heaven. It wouldn't have hurt.
I observed my surroundings.
Hold up. I'm in the hospital. What happened. Why am I here?
All my answers were answered when a lady walked in, her wrinkles told me she was in her 60's but she still looked her 40's.
"You must be lost right now sweetheart."
"Very."
"Do you remember anything? Anything at all?"
"I- no."
"What is the last thing you remember doing?"
"Um..."
I took a second to think.
"I-I was sitting through my science class."
"Now what time was that."
"Well my science class finishes at 1:20."
"Right, so you didn't forget much."
"What do you mean forget?"
"It's best if your boyfriend tells the story."
"What? I don't-" I was interrupted by a knock at the door.
A young lady came in with a trolley filled with sweets and beverages.
"Want anything darling? It's all free."
I felt like I was in Harry Potter.
"Yes please!"
I shouted unwillingly. It was like a dream. Well not really considering I was in hospital.
After about half an hour of eating. I collapsed my head back into my hard pillow. I managed to get comfy. My head wouldn't stop throbbing and it was hard to get rest.
Those problems went away when the old lady was back to give me medication for my concussion.
I wanted to know what happened and it was very hard not knowing why exactly I was in the hospital.
And who was my boyfriend? How much did I forget?
I ended up falling asleep again and when I woke up I saw Demetrius sitting on the chair across the room. Moving his hands through his gorgeous hair and staring at his feet.
"This is the second time I've woken up to you in one of these rooms now."
His head shot up at the sound of my raspy voice.
He basically ran to me. "Are you okay? Do you need anything?"
He was talking so fast. It was like his head was about to explode.
"Um, calm down I'm fine."
"What happened to me? Were you there?"
"Well yeah..." He looked tired. He sounded tired as well.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing, why?"
"You look sad, and tired."
"I didn't sleep. I couldn't."
"So are you going to tell me what happened. Also do I have a boyfriend now?"
