She sprinted through the castle halls lit by dancing blue flames on the wall, the skirts of her dress flowing behind her. Metallic boots thundered behind her, she used one hand to hold up her big flowing gown that trailed behind her, not wanting it to slow herself down, she hastily ran through the gloomy passageway, her other hand placed protectively over her bump she hunched down in pain as the guards in black armour chased her.
She had finally reached the door that could take her back to Elysium, she was trying so hard to hold back her agonising screams. With trembling hands, she slid the elegant bronze key into the rusty hole. Bursting into life, it immediately flung open and celestial white light poured through the ancient wooden doorway. She walked through it shielding her eyes with her elbows letting the skirt of her delicate black dress fall.
"Queen Lilura!" said one of the servants roaming the halls, as she helped her up, Lilura was sweating and in pain as she let out a heart-wrenching scream:
"Get the healers and my husband, the baby is coming!" she rasped, breathing loudly and holding her large belly.
"Yes, your majesty, right away," said the servant as she handed the queen over to a guard posted beside the door. She ran off in the opposite direction, as the guard supported the Queen onto her bed.
By the time the healers came the Queen had already been stripped of her large gown and was down to her undergarments.
She screamed in pain as the best healers of Elysium helped take the young princess magically out of the queen's womb.
There was a bright flash of light before the sound of a baby crying echoed through the room. It was music to the Queen's ears,
"Astoria," said the smiling queen, closing her tired eyes. A last tear rolled down her cheek as her heartbeat for the last time.
