Turns out not only had Kaia's ankle dislocated, somehow she snapped her growth plate in two when she fell.
So now she was stuck with a cast on her right ankle for six weeks. And her left arm was still healing from the bullet wound, which made using crutches extremely painful.

If Jinora was busy then Kai would help her. Kaia felt bad for hating him when they first met. He was actually really chill and fun, and he was good at Minecraft.

They were both laughing and Kaia left him to play, pulling out her phone and opening the discord server. It had Korra, Kaia, Kya, Lin, Asami, Kuvira, Zila, Ikki, Opal, and Jinora. Including Wu, Mako, Bolin, and Kai, who were practically always inactive.
Even though Korra and Kuvira were at home downstairs.
