18- Bad Reputation

Five's POV:
"I'm afraid you two have breached the protocol..." The Handler says stepping forward... she pulls out a small tube from her pocket... fuck, it must be the order we changed.... "I have no idea what you are talking about..." I say picking up Zero and placing her next to me..... the Handler chuckles at me.... "You can't send messages without asking Gloria first..." her eyes dart to Zero but Zero giggles, "Opsie! Silly me... I must have forgotten.." Zero slaps her head and shrugs her shoulders.... damn she's good.... the Handler sighs "Well at least that wasn't the actual message.." she smirks wildly at us shaking the tube in her hand... "come along I'll let you watch us send the real one this time...." I can't help but look at her in shock... how does she always manage to be one step ahead? The Handler turns away and I look and Zero... her eyes are fixed in that tube....

I know that look.... I grab her waist and she smirks, not turning her attention away from the tube.... I start to walk forwards but Zero's still just standing there.... I tilt my head at her to ask but her forehead furrows, eyes narrowing... oh she was calculating something.... her eyes twinkle brightly and she smirks....hmmm she must have figured it out... without warning I'm teleported into the tube room and I stand there confused as Zero blinks away... a second later she's back with the tube, she smirks at me mischievously as she waved the tube at me throwing it to me... how? What? ...I look down and she didn't throw me the tube..... I have two grenades in my hand.... It all clicks for me as I smile up at her, shoving them into my pockets..."I guess I really am I good teacher..." I tell her in my head and she walks towards me smiling shaking her head... "What can I say? I'm eager to learn Mr.Five..." she stops next to me kissing my cheek and I make a biting motion with my lips making her sweet giggle echo through the halls....

Zero's POV:
It was easy to figure out.... just simple calculations really... and besides why would I miss an opportunity to try and murder this old hag..... I hold Five's hand as I hear yelling abrupt down the hall... "Sounds like she just figured it out..." I whisper to Five and he chuckles squeezing my hand.... just then the Handler comes running into the tube room with a gun pointed at Five and me...I notice she has a briefcase in her other hand.... perfect and predictable... I feel Five tense at the sight of the gun, but I squeeze his hand reassuringly... "Really you two?" She sighs in frustration at us... "Is this really how you want the last like fo your report to read? You've built up such a reputation for yourselves! Such a shame it turned into a bad reputation..." she shakes her heads at us as she loads the gun ....Ooooo thanks for the song idea Handler!....

I step forward with my hands up in front of Five... "You know what? Fuck you... you old torturous hag! I don't give a damn about my bad reputation!!" I yell at her, instantly "Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett starts blasting on the speakers.... Five leans forward and whispers in my ear "I love when your mean... so feisty baby..." I turn my head pressing my lips against his hard.... I meant it when I told him I wouldn't ever stop fighting again... and note taken he likes my bitchy side....

the Handler screams and Five pulls away from my lips.... he looks at her and waves the grenade at her... her eyes go wide... "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT MY BAD REPUTATION!" He screams along with the music making me giggle as he winks at me.... she starts firing bullets at us... I feel a ping in my stomach but it's soon replaced by Five as he grabs onto my teleporting me out of the room as the grenade explodes... the handler goes flying back screaming but I grab the briefcase just in time ..... I quickly open the briefcase and Five and I jump in just barely missing the explosion.... damn that was a close one..... our bad reputations don't even come close to doing us justice....
