Chapter 2: Going uphill from here.

(No POV)

While Rias was hearing from her peerage members about Y/N, Y/N was at home recapping everything that happened at school today. Y/N remember Rias and Akeno from Algebra and how they basically silenced the whole class without having to shout or anything like that. And how they went up to Y/N to personally meet her which is very odd since no one ever did anything like that. Then around lunch, she walked around the school only to encounter Koneko who asked her these bizarre questions and had a voice and face so cold that even the most advanced lie detector couldn't figure out if she was lying or telling the truth. Then she helped out Asia and Gasper who were lost and were very grateful for the assistance and even called her a strange name. Finally, there was Yuuto, Xenovia, and Irina who basically went out of their way to tell Y/N that they find her interesting and how she earned Ria's good favor even though they really don't know each other all that well. She was saved from the embarrassment when her bus signaled her to leave the premises and told them that maybe or maybe not they will meet again and that was that. Y/N has no clue what to think of this day but she could conclude that this perhaps would be the only strange one and tomorrow will be back to normal as usual. 

Y/N- I mean this can't happen again...right?

Maybe her answer will come tomorrow but for now, she will make dinner for herself and her mom is leaving for her job around 8 pm tonight and this will be the only time they see each other in the whole day. She was watching youtube and tried to forget about it today.

Meanwhile, the peerage crew just finished giving out their thoughts and opinions of Y/N and all agreed that they find her amazing in some way they can't explain but they feel it within themselves. 

Rias- So you all have good experiences with Y/N?

Peerage- Yes President!

Rias- Then tomorrow will another day that we all get to see her again and then we start our plan of expansion. 

Akeno- Oh right, to be honest, I almost completely forgot why we came to America in the first place. ~

Rias- This country is like a goldmine filled with potential clients from all levels of wealth and class, then once we get them in our grasps, then we can start plans of many projects that will benefit not only the Gremory household but also this is like a huge reward to all of you who want to make something out of your promised land. But that's in very due time, for now, we must focus on the beginning. 

Asia- I guess that means we get to work?

Rias- Indeed but we will get to that soon enough, for now, you all are excused for the day. We will start small tomorrow and we can see Y/N again. 

Peerage- Yes President!

Then everyone left to their own things and things will only go up from here but not without some....trouble to go with it. 

Back to Y/N, she is eating some food and said bye to her mom before she left for work and it was like the usual night, and tomorrow morning will be just the same. 

Y/N's mind- Well, I gotta admit that today was interesting but sadly that will be the only day I will have a day like that. Oh well, at least it will be in my memory for the rest of my life.

Oh Y/N, you are so wrong. Today was the day that you caught the devil's attention now and you will pay the price of it. It may not seem obvious at first, but when you finally realize it...

It will be too late.~
