A week later after the storm & you still haven't heard anything from your brother or the police.
You haven't been sleeping much, you might've got a totally of 4 hours in the past week.
With the lack of sleep , you barely ate anything as well. Safe to say you were doing the worst out of the pogues. The thought about your brother being dead just broke you.
"y/n, you need to eat" Jj says sitting next to you on the bed
You laid on your stomach with your face shoved in the pillow.
You let out a groan in response.
"y/n come o-"
"no jj!"you yelled sitting up to face him
"i dont wanna do anything! i can barely move! I feel numb! My head hurts and all i wanna do is sleep okay? Just leave me alone!"
You never speak to Jj like that, but you just dont feel like yourself. You lost your father so the thought of you losing your brother to was just murdering you.
You place you face back into the pillow.
Jj let out a sigh.
"okay" he whispered
You sit back up in criss cross, facing him.
"im sorry" you spoke
"its just, my whole world feels like its ending. & i dont wanna push you and the others away but im broken right now jj."
There was a moment of silence.
"i just dont know what im gonna do without him" you whispered as the tears started coming down your face, turning into sobs.
Jj's heart broke for you, he was hurting to but he didn't want to show it.
He pulled you into a hug. wrapping his arms around your waist tightly, rubbing your back.
You held him even tighter, tighter than you ever have before.
"im here princess, its okay" he whispers
"will you lay with me?" you whined
"of course"
He laid himself down & you followed him.
Once again he wrapped his arms around you tightly as you hugged his torso, burying your head in his neck.
"i love you baby" he says kissing your forehead
"i love you too" you mumbled against his skin
Seconds later you drifted off to sleep.
