"im sorry this is a hydra bug?! what is it doing in tonys lab?"

"im betting it's an old one, they mustve tried listening in on your plans a few years back." bucky answered steve.

you throw it to bucky who crushes it with his hand, "hydra stragglers might've turned it back on to get any last intel," you suggested.

"but why did you know what that sound was?" nat asked politely. 

"cause ive used one before," you stated matter-of-factly. you look to the ground before walking past the three of them out of the lab, "sorry i bothered you guys." you walked back to the main room where the conversation had continued like before and sat down in your same spot. the chatter didn't stop until nat, steve, and bucky walked in behind you.

"so what happened?" vision asked breaking the silence. 

"she found a bug," steve said as bucky tossed the crushed device over to tony.

"a WHAT?! friday do a sweep to see if there are any more of these." tony said rather frustrated.

"there appears to be four more around the perimeter sir, none are active but still theyre-"

"i got it." clint says, getting up and walking out the door, "oh hey big guy," you hear him say from a distance.

you all turn to the door to see bruce walking in slowly, "man what did i miss?"

"oh hey welcome back banner," rhody says, gesturing for him to come over. the man beast looked familiar to you only he was a lot smaller than you had remembered. you got a flash from working with loki and remembered him being a target of yours to collect, although he looked to be more of a mix between the man and the monster. 

he makes eye contact with you, "oh hey i know you!"

"you do?!" you heard a few people ask.

"yea, big green guy spent a little bit with her back in new york, very sweet, almost convinced me to join loki actually." the team turned to you and you just shrugged.

"what was this i heard about a bug?" he asked before plopping down on one of the couches.

"well little miss y/n informed us that at one point hydra had bugged the house and she was just helping me get rid of the rest of them." tony said, actually smiling at you. 

"see i told you she was nice," banner said, winking at you. clint got back a minute later,

"got em!" he exclaimed going back to his seat on the couch.

"im curious as to what they were listening for," thor spoke from his spot next to clint.

"well no wonder they were always one step ahead of us," steve laughed as he took his spot back on the couch as well, followed by nat and bucky.

"kind of annoying aint it," nat added.

suddenly the hard tapping of rain on the windows came to your focus. the sky was dark and a crack of lightning shot in the trees. 

the sound of a loud clap brought you back, "alright well i vote movie night to keep things chill," tony says.

"i second that notion! i vote we continue our star wars watching session!" scott says excitedly. 

"ugh but now we're on the bad ones," clint says rolling his eyes.

"well we can't stop watching them, we're already five in!" rhody added.

"plus im a fan of young obi wan kenobi, these may be the worst movies of the series but he's doing pretty good!" sam said, backing up rhody.

"fine fine, we'll watch revenge of the sith," steve said, getting up and grabbing the remote.
