"Tsuki, you need to stop being so mean to Kageyama," Yamaguchi said, albeit with a pinch of hesitation."Huh? When was I mean to King?" Tsukishima turned his attention to his bestfriend.
"Right now, every day, every practice, Tsuki. Kageyama could do nothing and you will breathe down his neck instead. And stop throwing daggers at him with your eyes, Tsuki!" Yamaguchi slapped his arm, making the tall middle-blocker lost hold of his water bottle, altogether breaking his heated glare toward another person who was busy shouting at a loud-mouth little guy.
"....shut up, Yamaguchi."
"Sorry, Tsuki!" He said before he realised he didn't need to apologise for shit. That phrase was getting to him too much now.
"Tsuki, I mean it. Stop and confront Kageyama. This is getting unhealthy," Yamaguchi mumbled as he sighed dramatically.
What would he confront King for? Saying, 'I enjoy tormenting you because the way you react is so damn cute, like how your cute eyebrows furrow so deep, and your lips juts out just a little bit that I want to kiss, that little clench of fists but never acting on them, and that gaze, that fury gaze yet held a tint of tender behind it'?
Tsukishima for the love of his teasing manner, paused.
He can't believe this. He, and King?
...What?
He searched for the culprit of his constipating thought and found Karasuno's setter looking back at him with a scowl.
He can't do this shit anymore. He was not a coward, yet he was not a straightforward bastard either.
So, he lunged toward Kageyama, grabbed his front shirt and yanked the stunned boy toward him and kissed him right on the lips.
He anticipated it as a harsh one at first, but slowly regained his stupor as he deepen the kiss with a little more delicacy.
He broke the kiss, anxiety cloaking his insides when Kageyama didn't kiss him back.
Ah. It ends before it even begins.
As he opened his honey eyes to meet blue, he was hugged by his crush back and lips slammed softly onto each other back.
"Asshole, you didn't even confess first."
"What, King? You thought a king would accept a commoner's bland confession?"
"....asshole."
"Original insult, King."
He huffed in annoyance but gripped the blondie's waist to plant his head into his neck.
"Tsuki, I said confront, not confess!" Yamaguchi shouted from the other side of the gym, alongside everyone else that has bewilderment expression displayed.
