Soon enough he finished, collapsing next to each other in a steamy sweat breathing intensely.

They both stared up at the cracked ceiling trying to catch their breath.

Shao grabbed Zeke's arm gasping for air.

They both turned to one another smiling, instantly laughing from joy.

Shao grabbed the sheets, pulling it over their naked bodies.

He cuddled up close to Zeke placing his hand on his chest.

Zeke smiled playfully grazing Shao's hand.

He was so beautiful laying there in his arms.

Was this it?

Was this what love felt like?

He thought he had known with the feelings he had for Mylene.

But with Shao, he was on a whole new level.

Shao gave him his wings.

Lost in thought he hadn't noticed he was talking to him.

"Books? You good?" He asked, concerned.

"What? Yeah I'm fantastic."

He laughed, punning Shao's name.

"Ight. Cool."

Shao smiled.

Zeke continued to look down at Shao's hand on his chest.

Shao noticed his dazed expression.

"You ain't ever done nothin like that have you?" He calmly suggested.

Zeke's eyes nervously fell on Shao's, his heart began to race.

Was it that obvious?

Had he not performed well?

He didn't know what to say so he silently shook his head no looking back down to Shao's hand almost in shame.

There was a moment of silence.

Of course Shao hadn't meant that in a bad way, he was generally curious.

He thought his performance was too good to be true.

Was this another one of his dreams?

"Do you- I mean have you ever- you know.. been with someone.. like me."

Zeke stuttered, shyly looking at Shao.

Shaolin grew silent, slowly distancing himself from Zeke.

He avoided eye contact not wanting to answer his question.

There was another long pause.

Zeke noticed his uneasiness and took a deep breath ready for the truth.

But the truth was hard for Shao.

All his life no one had known who he really was, even people he had known for years.

And although he did already open up to Zeke about what had been happening with Annie, it was still hard to talk about the details of what went down.

It was hard to admit it to Zeke because he didn't want to admit it to himself.

He had pushed down all those memories and decided to leave them in the past. Now that they were coming up again, he didn't know how to explain or even comprehend that those things did in fact happen.

He couldn't keep hiding things from Zeke.

He needed to let him in.

He knew it would hurt Zeke, but he was done with the secrets.
