A breeze shifted across the land as trees danced swiftly against the breeze. Y/n breathes out as Ivan held the map as his tail swished on his lap.
Ivan: "Won't be long until we arrive at the capital. Hopefully they have the supplies we need."
Then his stomach growls loudly to which made Y/n laugh a bit.
Y/n: "And good food?"
Ivan: "Yeah...... and some good food."
Chattering echoed as many people roamed within the large empire as three new people arrived with a large carriage. Walking through the road as Ivan chewed on some jerky as his tail swished.
Ivan: "Now that's good jerky."
Commotion soon caught their attention as guy was thrown out of a recruitment house.
???: "Hey at least let me take the test!"
???: "There is a depression going on out here and I already got enough applications then I can handle. Not gonna waist it on some stupid kid. Now get out of here!"
The girl stands up as she mumbles a bit as the two walked over to him.
Ivan: "Hey mate you alright?"
His head turns towards them

Ivan: "We could tell. This empire tends to be picky with recruiting at times. Especially to new comers. Been like that for a while."
