What if I can't trust him. What if I made a mistake?

Theo's thoughts felt like an unending nightmare. It was dark, he couldn't see; Hell he couldn't even move. It felt hard to breath and the only thing keeping him company was Rachiëlla's voice, repeatedly reciting the exact same words.

What if I can't trust him? What if I made a mistake?

Those words were the most heart wrenching than he care to admit. Worst of all, he couldn't figure out why or when did she suddenly began to doubt him so much. What could he have possibly done for her to doubt him? He hears voices, but he couldn't make out to what or who they belonged to.

"How is he doing?" he heard a male ask. He couldn't recognize that voice.

"Well, I'm happy to inform you that, he's going to be okay," he heard a female say this time. "He's stable. And he's body is already showing signs of healing, meaning he should be waking up any day now."

Where was he? What was happening? Is this a dream?

"As you are already well aware, he went feral. Which means he experienced some sort intense or even severe emotional distress which resulted in him giving in to what we call "Wolf hysterics". Which as you're well aware causes one to lose all sense of self and give in to primal instincts that can cause irreparable damages or death. His body quite literally fell apart and he lost a lot of blood in the process. His body is slowly healing, which is not all that surprising. His body has suffered severe damages through the shifting process. Thus, his body requires ample time to fully and effectively repair the damages. However, he will need a blood transfusion since his healing factor can't help with loss of blood. A healing factor could only do so much."

What was she talking about? Theo tried to react in some way, but his body just wouldn't move. He felt a bone shift into his body, and he stirs in his bed. Wait bed? Is this what it is? It does feels like a comfortable mattress.

"How soon can he get a blood transfusion?" he hears another female voice ask. That voice sounds familiar. He felt comfort by that voice and he could feel his body relax. By why was it so familiar?

"Very soon. A blood transfusion should boost his healing factor by 57%. Once he wakes up however, he is obligated to receive both physical and psychological therapy. Once he receive the proper treatments, he should be out of here in a month or so."

A MONTH!? No, he needed to be present for tonight. Tonight, is their first match between his school and another. He couldn't miss it. He needs to wake up. Damn it, body, move. His fingers twitched and he heard that comforting female's voice once again.

"Please help my son. I can't bear to see him like this any longer."

"It's a miracle your son remained with us. And as your pack doctor it's my duty to ensure your son stays with us. But in order for me to do that, I need you both to answer a few questions. These series of questions are essential to your son's treatment, however giving what you have been through, I understand if you would like to wait another day."

Theo waited for an answer. He heard a sigh then a man replied, "I suppose I can answer some questions."

"Alright then, as we all know, going feral is the most upsetting, dangerous and most excruciating experience for our kind. Wolf hysterics causes a wolf to become a danger to themselves or others and usually, depending on how bad their distress, causes one to even perish through the feral process. Which is most cases its more common for a wolf to die instead of staying alive."

"We're well aware of that, doctor. Where are you going with this?" The man sounded almost impatient.

"Have your son ever been severely traumatized in the past?" she asked and the man replied 'no'. "Have you noticed any signs in your son's recent behavior? Behaviors that can be considered different or unusual?"
