To start - I didn't shift.
I am really freaking close though 😳
I went to bed early ish, so that I wouldn't just fall asleep as I have been, and had a little dance party to really wake me up and get the vibrations. Crawled into bed when the last song on my playlist started playing (Home by Edith Whiskers, aka the song I heard so many times yesterday), got settled, and waited for the guided meditation to begin.
I have a 10 minute meditation, followed by a subliminal. Tonight I chose a Hogwarts Express theme, as that's where I'm shifting first, and thought it might keep me awake better.
I had SO many symptoms. Like, hot, numb, tingles, head spinning, etc. I must've dozed off at one point, and then I was jerked awake, and things got even more intense.
My eyes were closed, and I had two eye masks blocking the light, yet the light beyond my eyelids was changing. My right lip got cold (I visualize leaning against the train window on that side), I felt a hand on my shoulder, and my cat brushing against my legs.
I had a really vivid flash of the quidditch pitch, and flying high above it. It felt like a thunderstorm where everything was dark, and then the lighting hit so bright you could just see everything for a few seconds. But it was so real. Also, in my DR I have scripted that I am good at flying, but rubbish at Quidditch, and Ced tries to teach me a few times, which would explain being at the pitch with no one else.
It was all so unreal. At this point I was so wide awake and there were so many affirmations running through my mind to try and shift, that I switched to "I give myself permission to fall asleep, knowing I will wake up in my desired reality" over and over again.
When my Hogwarts Express subliminal finished playing, it went back to my heartbeat method track, and so I finally fell asleep.
I ended up having a lucid dream, where all I did was ask to speak to a spirit guide. I asked if I could shift to my DR through a lucid dream, and they told me that for me, it wouldn't be possible. Then I was like, "Well, will I be able to get there at all?" to which they laughed at me like I was a little child (in a kind way), and was like "Of course you will! Don't even worry about it!" Satisfied with that answer, I ended that dream and just went on sleeping normally.
Ultimately I am so excited about last night. I didn't expect to fully shift, but knew it would be close. Remember previous conversations with my guides using my pendulum have really highlighted the first week of May (but they refused to give me a date), and last night when I went to bed I asked them to show me, using the direction of clock numbers and a scale of 1-12 (1 being the lowest), what my shifting would look like, and they gave me a 10. Now I see that that is pretty accurate. 👌🏻
