The sound of battle filled the air, made by the melody of dying men's screams, the beat of dripping blood, the crash of fallen knights, the rumble of running feet and the hiss of the demons
They had attacked us without any warning, the sinking feeling I had been having in my gut was right, they had been both making plans and waiting for reinforcements. The demons had dug a tunnel system under the earth and had attacked at the dead of knight with their renewed forces
Tents were going up in flames with knights still trapped inside, doomed to die in the fire.
I rushed over to a called knight and helped him up while fighting off the demons, "Leave me Milady... I am dead already" he gasped out but I shook my head in denial "You will survive this and live to see tomorrow" I said back
"I will try- Look out!" He yelled before diving in front of me to take a direct hit from a demon magic book caster, he died before he hit the floor "Father Damn it!" I yelled in anger as I had to abandon the body so as not to get overrun, it was times like this I hated the fact I left most of my power in Heaven
"Keep fighting!" I yelled to the knights defending the retreating injured "We can't let them get through!" this was going to be a long night
Y/N POV
We now all stood in the room that used to belong to the cultists, but I only just realised it would be too small for the armies I needed for my plan "Well, I need to expand this" I said before opening 4 purple portals
Out of them came the 4 mid class voidling I would use for my plan, they were giant worms that could easily munch through the solid ground with the solid armour of their faces, the only downside to them is that their bodies are rather vulnerable

"Start expanding this room, these are two other rooms as well, link them up to this one as well, I need all three rooms to be big enough for an army of a 1000" I commanded, the Hard-Headed Void Worms started following my commands as I turned to War
"War, when the rooms are done I need you to get a goblin army in here, seeing as you are a war and they practically worship war they should follow you, if you can get some ogres as well that would be great," I said to him. War nodded before running out to get the goblins
"Conquest, I need you to go conquer some barbaric beast-man tribes and bring them here for my army, there are often only 100-300 in a tribe so you should go get 6 tribes if possible" Conquest did a bow before running off as well
"Death, summons some common skeletons and zombies, around 200 should do, and Famine, summon 100 starved horses for the skeletons to ride, that takes us up to 2100 monsters if Conquest and War get the correct number of troops for us" I said
I then turned to Akel "do you remember your part of the plan?" I asked her, she nodded in response "I must gain some noble slaves during the commotion and if possible a high ranking person in the military, and if there are any guild members around that didn't leave I must transform them into either ghouls or Vamps themselves" she recited
"Good, now we just wait for the other 2 to arrive" I said as I made a table of shadows and had a shadow replica of the city we were going to attack with real-time images of people walking up and down the streets
I pointed to the west gate of the city while also having miniture versions of the monsters in the army I wanted rise from the 'ground', "I will have 2 Hard-Headed Void Worms take down the gate" as I said this 2 of said monster raised from the ground and paused a second before hitting the gate
"We will have the skeletons not on horses form ladders up the side of the walls" again the skeletons on the board rushed forward but stopped just before they started forming a ladder "We will have the Beast-men climb those ladders and start killing the guards above "again the troops rushed forward but froze before climbing the ladder
"We will have the skeletons on the horses rush through the destroyed gates and start clearing a path through the city streets" The worms resumed play and hit the gate, busting them open in one hit and moved out the way as the undead cavalry rushed in before pausing
"The Goblins will follow in behind them and start doing a clean up of the area while the last 2 Hard-Headed Void Worms will then bust out the ground and start destroying homes" all the troops were now in full motion doing the orders I issued with nota single problem forming, until a guild member attacked them but he was quickly subdued by the power of the Void Worms
"Then we will come in and start killing the troops, I want to kill 2 Void Worms, and 500 monsters, the rest you can all decide on together" I said, War and Conquest had walked in a while ago and got the just of the plans while the armies they gathered walked in and started getting into position
"But how will the monsters get there without being noticed?" Conquest asked in confusion, "Ah, right, I will have the 2 Void worms that destroy the houses dig the tunnels for our troops to walk through while the 2 that destroy the gate will wait underneath the surface until they do their commands" I said
"I see nothing wrong with this plan if everything goes right and Akel manages to do her part" Famine said, "Don't worry, I will" Akel reassured her as her misted eyes focused on Famine
"For the Eternal Darkness, am I right?" she asked them
"For the Eternal Darkness!" they agreed and I must say, I've never felt prouder for them
