This ninja was known as the fourth Hokage.

"Naruto come back here!" a man says, "When I get my hands on you!" he continued "You've crossed the line this time, Naruto!" the other man said, both men tried to get the boy named naruto. Naruto continued to laugh and said "Give it up! You're just bent because you don't have the guts to do what I do!" said the boy "Do you? Losers, wannabes you'll never catch me!" mocked the boy right after.
"Lord Hokage it's an emergency!" said a man
"I hope you're not bothering me with some trivia and don't tell me it's naruto again," said the older man
"It is naruto again! He climbed onto the great stone faces!" "He put graffiti on the Hokage!" said two different men
The older man exhaled the smoke from his pipe.
"Naruto! Hold on!" said a man
Naruto pulled down the blanket look-a-like of the wooden fence he hid behind and giggled "That was too easy" He said.
Then a man appeared right behind the boy and said "Oh yeah, Naruto?" the boy screamed in surprise. "Where'd you come from Iruka sensei? What are you doing here?" said the boy "No what are you doing here," said the man "You're supposed to be in class" continued the man.
"I'm at the end of my rope, Naruto. You failed the Graduation test last time and the time before that" said Iruka "Tomorrow you've got another chance, and you're messing up again" Naruto huffs at the words of his sensei. Iruka then says "Fine! because you missed it naruto everyone will review the transformation Jutsu!" the students inside the classroom whine at the words of their teacher.
"All right Sakura here, Let's do it! Transform!" a girl with long light pink hair with a red qipao dress, tight dark green bike shorts under her dress with a shuriken holster on her right thigh, and blue sandals. As on command, she transformed into her teacher.
"You transform into me, Good" Iruka said
"Yes! I did it!" 'I kicked butt' said inner sakura "Sasuke did you see that?" said the girl "Next, Sasuke Uchiha," said Iruka.
The boy then transformed into his teacher, "Uh, good" said Iruka. "Next, Naruto Uzumaki," said Iruka.
"This is a total waste of time, naruto," said a boy next to Naruto's right side, "We always pay for your screw-ups," said the girl on his left side. "Like I care," said naruto like a badass.
Naruto. Do your best. Said a girl in her mind
"Transform!" said Naruto, suddenly a naked older girl stood in the place of naruto. Iruka's nose bled as he saw what naruto transformed into. Naruto laughs at his teacher and says "Gotcha! that's my sexy Jutsu!" "Cut the stupid tricks! This is your last warning?!" yelled Iruka.
