XLIV • I was and am verry happy

I was and am very happy...

Third Person's POV

"Are you both sure that you don't need my company at all?" Narcissa asked both young adults who nodded at her.

"Don't worry mother, I'll take very good care of Draco" Y/n said as she entangled her arm around Draco. He agreed to her and both bid their goodbyes.

Draco was too weak to apparate so Y/n did an old fashion one for traveling—going to platform 9 3/4. Once they have arrived at platform 9 3/4, everything feels so nostalgic. Y/n held his hand and Draco looked at her and nodded, they both ran past the wall and they were greeted by the Hogwarts Express horn. Only a few people were there and for Draco and Y/n they feel like they are going back home

"Are you ready my love?" She asked and Draco nodded, he wore his mask to avoid getting more sickness and Y/n helped him to hop on the train. But instead of getting to a nice compartment, Y/n led him where they first met

The House Heads department was empty and they felt the train moved. Y/n couldn't help but smile at her memories

"Why are you smiling like that? You straight-up rejected me that moment"  Draco said to her and she laughed and kissed his cheeks, passing him a cheeky smile

"But you said on those letters you love me. Besides, it's your fault that your aura was intimidating and all" Y/n said and both sat down. They both looked out to the window as the train started to run, each scenery they pass reminds them of their joyous times in Hogwarts

"Wait, do you remember when you won against Ravenclaw's Quidditch team? You ran up to me and spun me around, showering me kisses"

"Oh...definitely I do. You were blushing because you were embarrassed at that moment"

"Well because not everyone knew our relationship back then...It's nostalgic, remembering our times in Hogwarts" Y/n leaned on his shoulder as Draco held her hand, both fell asleep on each other's arms as they traveled back to Hogwarts

Y/n and Draco both got off on the train, and a cold breeze greeted them. Y/n grabbed his hands as Draco felt anxious coming back. He remembered all the bad things he had done in the past just to please the Dark Lord, but Y/n squeezed his hand and smiled

"It's all right darling, I'm here...no one can hurt you," She said and kissed his cheeks. Draco smiled at her and kissed her cheeks back before walking off. Both got in the carriage and Draco surprisingly saw the Thestrals, Y/n was talking about when she was young
