Hello, lovelies here is a Solangelo fic, you guys seemed to like my meet Solangelo fic a lot so I thought this was a good idea, I hope you like it!

Reader's POV

Will was in the middle of surveying Nico Di Angelo, "Nico," he said with exasperation "You know you're not supposed to be doing underworld-y stuff, you are doing so much ghosty stuff that you will become a ghost!"  Nico just rolled his yes and said, "Fine. I won't do anything for the next 20 minutes."  Will crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow.  Nico then said with obvious annoyance,"Ok, ok no underworld-y stuff for the whole afternoon" "Better."  Will deadpanned. (Puns...)

It was now 3:00 in the afternoon and Nico was bored out of his mind.  He got out of his hospital bed and walked around the small corridor in his paper gown.  There were a few books on the shelves that he couldn't read because of his dyslexia.   The room was sterile and quiet that is until Will busted in with a cheeky grin on his freckle-splattered face.  "What are you smiling for?" Nico sneered.  "Whoa, no need to be angry death-breath, had to put you in here for medical reasons, but that's not why I came in here.  My mom invited us to Georgia for a family reunion! Isn't that exciting!?" 

Nico took a step back, " Does your family know we are dating?  I don't want to go if I will be shamed because of my sexuality."  But Will replied, "Yep they know and my only family member that is homophobic is my Great Uncle Gabe NoDeodorant (🤣 That last name) and he is staying at a casino in LA."  Nico was still suspicious , "But it's full of your relatives right?  So it's like there will be multiple Wills and heck I can barley handle one of you." He said with a smirk.

Will feigned hurt, "*gasp* Nico, I'm hurt by your words" Nico rolled his eyes and said "Oh, get over it! and by the way I'm not going!" 

Will was deep in thought trying to find ways to get Nico to agree to come with him, and when an idea hit him a smug look over-took his face.  "Nico," he said slyly " if you come with me we can get McDonalds on the way.."  Nico thought for a second and finally said (with exaggerated reluctance) "Fine, but I get TWO happy meals!" "As you wish, Darlin'"

The couple "borrowed" a convertible with help from the Hermes cabin for their long trip ahead.

They looked kind of odd together Will was driving and had an underarmor shirt on and ray-bans with one hand on the steering wheel, meanwhile Nico hid in his giant black skull hoodie and you could barley see his face.

When they arrived they were greeted by a sunny woman with honey-blond hair and bright blue eyes.  She greeted Will with a hug then turned to Nico and said, "Oh, you must be Nico!  I've heard so much about you, Will just adores you!"  Will promptly turned beet-read, and Nico snickerd.  "Come inside, dinner is ready!  Were having Chicken and dumplings!" The trio hurried in and was greeted graciously, Will looked in his element, making small talk with his family, he seemed very comfortable.  Nico did NOT like the attention, he disappeared into the darkness in the middle of dinner(Awww Antisocial Nico).  Will noticed his absence and said he was going to the bathroom, when he was really looking for Nico. 

Will found Nico munching on french fries in the dark (ha-ha totally can't relate...) .  Will wrapped his arms around Nico's small frame.  " Sorry about my family, they can get a little too much sometimes"  "It's okay, they were just being friendly, I just don't like people."

Their conversation was interrupted when someone knock Will on the head.  "Dude wh-" They both turned to find a large man towering over them."Why are you too cuddling?" Will replied, "because we're dating" matching his tone.  The man hit him again knocking him out and murmured, "Boys can't date boys" Nico's aura went extremely dark and a horde of skeletons rose from the ground.   Nico didn't know what the guy saw but he smiled when he saw the fear on the guys face. (Wow, creepy, Nico) The guy ran out of sight and Nico turned to Will who woke up  and watched him in Awe.  Nico rubbed his his neck awkwardly, "Sorry, I used underworld magic."  But Will smiled and kissed him, "That was amazing, I love you!" "Love you too" 

The couple walked back to the reunion holding hands.
